- JJJoseAug 7, 20261.0Never coming back. You sure you save money by bringing your car here? Think again. I paid today 120 for an oil change in my 4Runner and they said they couldn’t remove the old oil filter. So I had to bring the car to Toyota which they were able to remove it like normal. If you guys don’t have the tools, don’t scam your customers. I paid 110 for the oil change and filter in Toyota!! Cheaper and more legit. Total waste of my money and my time but it’s ok, I now know that you guys don’t know what you are doing
- JRJeffrey RiddleAug 7, 20262.0Had a very bad experience at the Roxbouro location My wife took are car in for an oil change and the car that was not leaking oil .The Tech went under the car then he asked Nick the manager to come under our car they told my wife the car was leaking oil from the drain plug .which again was not leaking before we pulled in the drain plug was stripped they denied doing anything wrong and we had to take our car over to Christan Brother for a new oil pan .My appion on this is irresponsible by the Manager and Tech that stripped the drain plug .They should of Taken Responsibility for what they did .I had to pay 600.00 dollars out of my Pocket for there Negligence .
