I came in for an oil change and there were two cars already in the service bays, with two cars waiting ahead of me and one car behind me. I was told not to pull forward because the vehicle in front of me was next in line. However, they proceeded to take the vehicle in front of me and then the vehicle behind me, leaving me to be serviced last.
I understand that things can happen, but the way this was handled was frustrating and confusing. I would have appreciated better communication and for the order of arrival to be respected.as they expected that from me as well
Had the absolute BEST first trip to Valvoline instant oil change earlier today Wryan and Cash took the Best care of me possible. Wryan even helped me install my wiper blades Correctly ..

I had one of the worst experiences at the Valvoline on Rampart Drive in Littleton today.
Before coming in, I called to confirm the cost of an oil change. Both the employee I spoke with and the automated system quoted me $105. When I arrived, I confirmed the price again and asked about the online coupon. After the oil change was completed, I was presented with a $110 bill, which was higher than I expected.
When I asked to speak with the manager about the pricing, I felt rushed because there were cars waiting behind me. Instead of having my concerns addressed, I was hurried out of the bay before I could get an explanation.
What was even more concerning was being told I needed another oil change in 3,000 miles. After leaving Valvoline, I stopped by my Toyota dealership, where they confirmed that Toyota recommends 10,000-mile oil change intervals for my vehicle under normal driving conditions. The dealership was also offering the same synthetic oil change for $69.99, making the price difference even more frustrating.
Between the confusing pricing, feeling rushed out without having my concerns addressed, and receiving maintenance advice that conflicted with the manufacturer’s recommendation, I left feeling misled. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sharing my experience with the Sterling Ranch HOA community so others can make an informed decision.
super easy...pull in and they get to work, they explain everything, dont even need to get out of vehicle. excellent service!!

Got a couple coupons in the mail and went with my son to get an oil change because with the coupon, the cost isn't much more than the cost of buying all the supplies and doing it ourselves. The crew was super friendly, we were in and out quickly and while they explained other services we could elect to have done, they weren't pushy about any of it. I liked it so much, I ran home and grabbed another vehicle and came back to have them change its oil too with the other coupon. They were great working with me to use the exact oil type I wanted. Very pleased. While I usually enjoy changing my own oil this was definitely faster and cleaner.
