  It was my first time using Valvoline Instant Oil Change @ 6465 S Kipling Parkway in Littleton, CO. I could tell the moment I got in line I was going to like this location. I was greeted by Rob who followed me through the oil change process. My vehicle is fairly new so the oil & air filter type was not in the system, so Rob made a phone call to get the information, relayed it to the tech and they finished the job in about 15mins. Listening to the staff while everyone did the role was amazing, true teamwork. I will definitely use this location for my future vehicle needs.

  Easy to get in and out. The Manager, Rob, thoroughly explained what services were being done, what the cost was, and recommended needed services but wasn’t pushy about getting them done that day. Prices way better than the dealership where I typically take it. Very friendly staff, all worked well together.

  The best thing to happen to me as an adult. No more hassle of dropping a car off or waiting half a day to get it done. The Manager Nathan and the team members were all so friendly and super helpful in explaining the process and I never felt pressured to purchase anything additional. The pricing and services felt transparent and I was able to discuss before with Nathan before making my selection. I felt so comfortable and confident making decisions for my vehicle because they made sure I was informed.

  Such a great experience. They were so kind and helpful and didn’t feel pushy. They explained everything well. The place was so clean and professional. Unlike any oil change experience I’ve had at other places. You get to stay in your car and they have you in and out very quickly. Definitely will be going back!

  Your 3 employees that helped were fantastic! They were friendly and informative. Clearly laid out my options, and also called out issues they saw that weren’t even services offered. The assistant manager called out an issue with my tires, which was a safety issue. I’ll definitely be back.
