I found this shop today after another appointment that I had in the area. Many firsts during this experience! I was so impressed with their customer service, friendly demeanor and willingness to educate me on what services that they offer. What is a rear differential I asked. :). I didn't even know that I had a cabin air filter until they pulled it out and showed me how dirty it was! There were several men who worked on my car (2023 Subaru Outback XT) at the same time and let me stay in my car as they rotated my tires, etc. One guy showed me the small metal shavings on my rear differential plug. It really is a wonderful business concept and it only takes 15 minutes! These men were so nice to each other and kept their garage very clean and organized. I was so relieved to find a place like this today. Now I don't have to worry about it. I could tell that my engine was running quieter when I drove away. I will definitely return to keep my car in good working order. Thank you everyone!!

I had a great experience at Valvoline with both my Ram 1500 and Subaru. The staff were friendly, professional, and very informative throughout both visits. They took the time to explain the services being performed, answer my questions, and make sure I understood their recommendations without making me feel pressured. Most importantly, I felt genuinely valued as a customer. The team made both experiences easy and positive, and their customer service gave me confidence that my vehicles were being well taken care of. I really appreciate the professionalism and attention they provided and would absolutely return in the future.

Very good service. We came in from out of town to get our Travato van oil changed they also did the service on our generator. Everything was explained. We appreciate it very much. Better than Walmart.
