Took my Toyota Venza as it was emptying coolant reservoir. I had to drive out of state and Saturday was hard to find mechanic shop so went there. Car never had any trouble, just checking the fluids I found reservoir was empty and I wanted to fix before driving long way. They said I needed a new radiator. I trusted them and said ok. They did the work and got my car back late Saturday afternoon. I checked coolant in Kansas and the reservoir was empty. Basically, they didn't even test where the leak was and charged for new radiator, probably thought changing radiator would fix any issue. I added coolant and it was empty again the next day. I went to Advanced auto parts to buy more coolant in case I needed it. I talked to the cashier and he said to replace the cap and see if that works. I did and what do you know, it fixed the issue. Littleton Auto Repair guys are nice in talking and I think they do want to help, gave me ride to home but have 0 skill in figuring out car issues. I'm out almost $1300 dollars for a $20 radiator cap. They replaced the radiator (I think, not sure) but they didn't even replace the cap. What a horrible place I went to.

This shop was nice and helpful when diagnosing my cars troubles, but unfortunately when I came to pick my car up, there was trash left in it that did not come from me. I am uncomfortable by the prospect that someone took my car to McDonald’s. Won’t be coming back to this shop.

Our car wouldn’t start 4 days before we were supposed to drive it across the country. We found Littleton auto repair and they sent out a tow truck to bring our car to their shop. Even though the repair took longer than we expected, they worked day and night to get us the car in time. This company has great customer service and empathy for their customers. Thank you!!
