  This isn’t a review, but a desperate attempt at trying to get ahold of this shop so I can get a status of my car that you guys were supposed to tow and take a look at. Completely unprofessional to not answer any calls when you have my vehicle in your possession after I already dropped over $2k for repairs just for my car to be back in your shop a week later. Not cool at all man

  My wife and I have been going to Littleton Auto repair in Conifer for several years. These guys are great and most importantly very honest, if repairs are not needed they will tell you. This happened to me with a window motor on the pasenger side of my truck. I thought it was burned out after checking fuses but I had inadvertently hit the window lock switch. I brought it in for what I thought wouild be repairs but they discovered the problem, called me to tell me of my mistake and no charge. these folks are good.

  I got to say I was impressed by Littleton Auto Repairs' exceptional work, prompt responses and incredibly friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend any of my friends or family to use this fantastic auto shop. It's hard to find good mechanics you can trust. Littleton Auto repair is friendly, fast and reliable. I would trust them with any of my vehicles. Thanks again guys!

  Had my vehicle serviced yesterday and BOY was it an experience. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to greet me for well over 5 minutes, forcing me to peak around through their garage to get assistance. Upon check in, I was then told it was actually going to be $60 for an oil change, despite everything they had advertised as being $20/$25. I should have left at that point but continued with getting service done. From there the simple oil change became a 2-1/2 wait as they had run out of oil filters needed for my vehicle, despite calling to make the appointment a week prior, the waiting room was freezing cold and smelled horribly of exhaust, and I had to again go find someone inside the garage to get any sort of update and keys to my vehicle when service was completed. The cherry on top of the experience was leaving super anxious as I found multiple bolts scattered across the pavement in front of the service garages. After everything, I will not be returning.

  Went for free oil change with $20 donation, but was persuaded to do $99.95 Summer Master Inspection. With inspection I was told engine needed new motor mount. So even tho very expensive, trusted them cause sounded legit & necessary. Didn't hear from them! I had to call them evening of second day. Said running behind. Picked up late, after closed. The next day saw new dripped oil in driveway in 2 spots and didn't top off fluids. Called and came in. Found out with $100 deal, was supposed to have gotten windshield wipers replaced. They weren't! We went to Autozone and got some for $50. Said oil pan was loose this next time no mention last time. Also said that windshield wiper reservoir was cracked and needed replaced. It was not cracked before i came in. They must have cracked it when taking out motor, didn't tell me, then said it would be like a 1000 to replace!!! Scams on top of scams Horrible Also kept my recipet so i couldnt return again. Don't come here and get gouged and scammed like i did. Stay so very far away.
