Great service and spot on diagnosis, the tech said it was an odd issue. The initial thoughts they had before hooking it up to a machine were correct.
Went in for engine light on, was told the ball joints needed to be replaced. Fine, replace them. Was told front tires were low on tread, can't replace them, Jeno's doesn't do tires. OK, I'll get tires elsewhere. Went elsewhere and was told lower control arms were loose, bad, and needed another alignment after those repairs. Jeno's, if you're repairing the front suspension, fix ALL of it, and don't waste time doing an alignment on a loose suspension! Congratulations, you've lost me as a customer!

Top notch service and no pressure. My mother in law found Jeno’s and she was happy with them so I thought I’d try them. I worked with Kris and he’s like talking to a friend. My car died and I had to have it towed in on a Friday, mid-day. They couldn’t get to it until Monday but they had a loaner car for me and that made things easier. I had I had 4 issues and it was time for an oil change so that too. They let me know what needed to get done and what could wait if I needed. Kris sent me text along the way so I knew what was going on. What had to get done and what my options were. Great communication. Other places I’ve been to I feel would’ve made everything a must get done issue and put me at $3500 in repairs on a car worth maybe $1000. Of course your car issues are different but it’s the level of communication and no pressure that I feel is what makes Jeno’s worth my time to write this review. Jeno’s receptionist is awesome too I’m so sorry I forget your name!
