Great customer service. My car was ready in a very timely manner. The complimentary loaner car was fantastic! Communication was exceptional. Jenos is a great auto repair shop. Honest and fair prices.

This is the shop I have been looking for to handle and trust in any of my vehicle needs. I came in for a repair of a water pump. They were priced fairly, communicative, and reliable. They also had a complimentary loaner car available for me, which was especially helpful since I rely on a car for my mobile PT business. Furthermore, when I had a separate issue come up after this repair, they told me to stop by and they would run codes without an issue. It is rare to find an auto repair shop that you can trust, but they were great. I will likely only be returning to them for my future car needs.

I will never use anyone else for car repairs. Everyone was very professional and kept me informed about everything that needed to be done on my car. My car is now working the way it should be. This is a great, trustworthy, family- owned business and I won’t go anywhere else if I need car repairs. Thank you Steve and John!

They got me in quick and were very convenient with after-hours pick up. Vehicle health report (like they have at the dealerships) was nice to see and they didn’t push any unnecessary service to me. Steve was very professional and nice to work with. Would definitely recommend.
