Before installation, we had a clear verbal/written agreement that if any issues arose as a result of the install, the company would cover all related costs and lost time. Less than a month after installation, serious issues developed with the system — and the company has refused to honor that agreement or pay for any of the resulting costs. This alone should be a red flag to any potential customer: their word is not reliable once the sale is made. When I reached out about the faulty system, customer support refused to take any accountability, despite the problems clearly stemming from their own installation. I asked multiple times to be transferred to a manager and was denied every time — a basic request that any legitimate company should honor without pushback. The quality of the support calls themselves was shocking. On multiple occasions I could hear what sounded like chickens running around and fighting in the background, making it hard to even hear the representative. Most of the reps I spoke with had very limited English proficiency and seemed to have minimal understanding of the systems they were supposed to be supporting, which made troubleshooting nearly impossible. On top of all this, I've been charged inconsistent, arbitrary amounts at different times despite having a firm, agreed-upon price locked in beforehand. There has been no clear explanation for these discrepancies. Between the broken cost-coverage agreement, the refusal to escalate to management, the unprofessional call environment, and the unpredictable billing, I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with this company.
