  Horrible the little old Mexican man w washed a ladies window and vacuumed her car out and he refused to do that for me discrimination also, they rushed my oil change

  They got right to work and did extra services like topping fluids and wiping down my windows for me. Worth the cost

  I had a wonderful experience today at this location on Remington. Meranda is wonderful and excellent at explaining what needs to be done. Her customer service is second to none. She is very kind, educated, cordial, and a wonderful person to speak with in general. I also noticed how helpful she was with the entire crew. Honestly everyone I interacted with was kind and I never felt pressured. They did an excellent job changing the oil on my best friends truck. It has been sitting for quite a while and they did not try to oversell me, force me, or push me to purchase something that I did not need. I would definitely recommend coming to this Grease Monkey. The timing was impeccable. I literally was able to get in and out in 20 minutes over a lunch break. They were also kind enough to offer me a coupon as I was paying for this to help a friend who’s having a tough time financially and needed help with this service. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!

  Knowledgeable competent crew, clean business, owner loves his customers. Complimentary ice cream, coffee, cookies while your waiting. Soft information sell of factory recommended services. Free windshield wash refills for customers. Been a customer for 15 years with several different vehicles and company truck. Current owner is wonderful. I highly Recomend.
