  I received a full synthetic oil change in a F150 with 49K miles. Stop putting the renewal sticker at 3K miles in my window just so people come in for early and unnecessary oil changes. The Ford manual for this engine says 7500 miles and I am conservative and go to 5K. Attendant said vehicles burn oil so they need to “top off” at 3K. This is ludicrous. How about asking customer if they want a 3K check which is generally unnecessary? Put the renewal sticker at the factory setting for that vehicle! Then the attendant physically removed by cabin and engine air filters and walked up to me showing me these and I had replaced both myself in the past year and they have barely any miles because I don’t drive this truck a lot. Literally showing me them like they need to be replaced. What the actual! Stop the ridiculous upselling especially when it’s not even needed. I’ve been coming to the Belleview one for awhile but seems there are different folks working there now and will be going elsewhere from now on.
