  Quick turn around time and very communicative! I was getting text updates daily . Also they vacuumed and wiped down the inside . It was a small touch that was a pleasant surprise.

  I've never used an auto body shop before so this was a first time. Not sure how to compare other than state that I was extremely pleased with Gerber's proactiveness and the quality of their work. They kept me apprised with text messages and email updates throughout the process. Excellent excellent work. Absolutely would not hesitate to use them again although I hope I don't have to. Jen and Jose were outstanding!

  Update- The general manager reached out to me and personally took charge of the issues I had. We received our car and the work has been amazing. The issues was with their automated update system which is supposed to send updates on the car repair status twice a week. The GM is aware of the issue and is working towards finding a fix for it. I was very impressed with how quickly he responded after posting my initial review and continued checking in with updates. If they get their system fixed this would be a total of 5 stars for sure! Thanks for reaching out Gerber and working through my complaints. I would use you again for sure!💕 **************** They have had my car for almost two months and have not even started on it!!! Every time I call they tell me "we will start on it next week"- It's been almost three months since my accident and nothing is being done!!! ****************
