  I ran into multiple problems but the worker that we’re working at 10am on 05/12 at this location help me get in a vehicle and get on the road. I am very satisfied with their service.

  Terrible terrible terrible!!!!! Make sure they give all information before you waste an entire day there. Well first off never was i told about a deposit from the lady on phone at main office and then after I walked 25 minutes to get there I still was never informed of the deposit I was told 112 and then they was steady pushing to get this little Mitsubishi mirage off the lot they give me a discount, still nothing about deposit. So all of sudden guy comes up says 412 dollars and some change. My jaw hit the floor, 1st, why did noone tell me about this after at this point I had been there 45 minutes or so, 2nd oh ya it can ONLY BE A CREDIT CARD! Ya I had a debit card but nope couldn't use it. I have a credit card it has 278. 37 on it making it 21 dollars and some change short of the 300. They wouldn't allow me to use that and another card for the complete deposit, 3rd they would start to try and help then just ignore me and go to other customers. I am from Illinois 15.5 hours away and needed to get back to my children and work. They kept me around over 4.5 hours and I ended up walking 30 minutes back to the hotel where they was holding luggage with noone to get to Illinois. Also that car I see why they wanted it off the lot because the front passenger rim is bent!!! Also the kid said he'd call his boss and ask to see if can splt cards or whatever, i don't know if he did. But I do know he stated I'd do it but I don't want fired from this job yet. I said well lucky you because I'm going to over not letting me rent a car. There was a car at another facility of yours, but for me I wasn't offered to get one of them cars, but the lady who came in wanting a specific hybrid car they called and got brought rite to her! I asked why can't that be done for me, I got no answer at all. The customer service is aweful . There was one man older African middle aged male who brought me kleenex and water because I was crying stuck over 15 hours away. There was no compassion or care from anyone else.

  I was having somewhat of a frustrating day. I came in to this location on a whim after having some not so good experiences with the other locations. Sawyer here at this location fixed any of the problems I was having immediately. He got me into a preferred vehicle in less than 15 minutes. Sawyer completely made my day with his friendliness, efficiency, and knowledge of his job. I will be using this location again in the future!

  We found ourselves near the pick up location several hours early. But we asked if we could go ahead and pick up the car, Chris and Sawyer went above and beyond to make that happen. And we very much appreciated that effort. It really saved us a lot of time. On top of that, they were very pleasant and helpful through the whole process. And the car we picked up turned out to be even better than we expected. Thank you Chris and Sawyer, and thank you Enterprise!

  Started off at another enterprise location. Picked up the car and it Was a little too small to fit my family. But between Dillon (from another location) and Chris (manager at the Littleton location) they both helped me out so much, and were so patient and accommodating. I appreciate you both, and the staff at both locations so much.
