  I came in for an oil change, wiper change and tire rotation. It was suggested that I get a front end alignment because they should be done every 12 months even though I had not had issues. So I took their advice and agreed to have it done. When the service was complete I drove off and didn’t get even a half a mile away and my steering was pulling to the right while driving and worse when breaking. When I was able to I turned around and went back to Courtesy Acura and ask that it be redone. The mechanic was supposed to have driven it and didn’t find the pulling but yet when he check it agreed it was out of alignment causing the pulling. After all this I really questioned myself for getting the alignment when I had no issues in the first place.

  Jack at Acura is incredibly nice, helpful and personable. He understands our desire to do some of the maintenance work on our car ourselves and leaves the decisions to us as what should be done there. There is no pressure, just high quality maintenance. I love the extra perks of a car wash, mints and water. The waiting area is spacious and full of snacks and drinks. Thank you for taking care of us!

  I was well treated and every interaction I had with one of their representatives was friendly and courteous. They got me in quickly, performed the diagnostics and made the repair in a very short amount of time. They did exactly what they said they would do and for that I was very appreciative!

  Jack is not my normal service provider but he did not disappoint. I had to bring my car in unexpectedly and he was honest about the problem and timeline. We had plans that weekend and he was able to get my car fixed and back to me super fast and which was much appreciated! I have brought my car to Courtsey Acura for all of my car problems and will continue to do so. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

  Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do due to bad experiences in the past. I walked onto the lot to check out cars and was met my salesman Rick Armijo. He met me with a friendly smile and a "Don't want to interrupt you .... I'll be around if you have any questions. He didn't try and qualify me like so many salespeople do. I did have a question and that turned into me putting a down payment of a vehicle. I complimented his approach and he explained the history of Courtesy Acura and that the original owner wanted car shopping customers to have a great experience without any pressure. Mission accomplished, I bought a car and am now writing about my great experience at Courtesy Acura. And finally, everyone at Courtesy was Courteous. Chris L
