  Suk was amazing with helping us find our new car. He was super attentive and respectful of our time. Brianna was organized and efficient with the paperwork. They also gave us a loaner car while we had a few things done to the car. Great experience. We would highly recommend Courtesy Acura!

  I am from out of state and was in Colorado when I needed my 2015 Acura MDX serviced. Choose Courtsy Acura based on previous reviews. Wasn’t disappointed. Worked with Travis in the service department. Great experience. Communicate well, kept me updated on a recall and some critical repairs that needed to be made. Review of systems on my car was detailed and included pictures so I could see the exact issues. Repairs done and able to use a loaner (set up when I called for the appointment) for 24hours since they needed to keep my car overnight. Would recommend Courtesy and Travis in the service department. Travis is exactly the employee any owner would be proud to have representing them.

  As always Courtesy Acura provides great customer service! I had a 100,000 mile service done recently, involving some major services, and the car is running like a top! Travis, though not my usual service rep, did a great job, and was personable and professional I highly recommend the Service Dept!

  Service department is very good upon arrival. Check in is very quick and organized, which is nice. Our MDX hatch door was not opening with the foot sensor. It only worked half the time when the service rep tried it. They concluded that the sensor is a little left of center, so putting your foot there should work. It works, but not every time. The sensor is not sensitive enough. Also, usb port worked with flash drive for music, but it doesn’t any more. Still doesn’t. That’s a little frustration, but we’ll see if a different flash drive works.

  *****RATING FOR SERVICE ONLY***** I really appreciate the service advisors (Jack, Matt, and Travis) and the technicians here. They’ve taken great care of my vehicles over the past few years and consistently provide excellent customer service. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to details are the main reasons I continue bringing my cars here. I've been a loyal Acura owner for over a decade and have owned multiple models, including the RSX-S, TSX, TL-S, TLX, and Integra. I genuinely love Acura's styling and have always wanted to support the brand. But Acura quality and reliability have declined significantly, and because of that, my next vehicle will definitely not be an Acura. That said, the outstanding work of this service team has given me confidence in maintaining my current vehicles and has made ownership far more pleasant than it otherwise would have been. The dealership staffs deserve recognition for their efforts, they've earned my trust, even if Acura as a company has not.
