  While it is not the fanciest dealership i have bought cars from....it is clean, well staffed, has beautiful showroom cars to check out and plenty of stock to find exaclty what you are looking for. Specifically I would like to express my appreciation for Suk. My partner bought an MDX from him in May and I just did the same last weekend. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, timely and very very kind. Before I left with the car he noticed the tinting on one of my new car windows was not up to par and asked me to come back to have it redone. I wouldn't have noticed but I so appreciate the quality Courtesy offers. We will return to Courtesy again and again to purchase any future Acura's and recommend the Courtesy and Suk to friends and family.

  I have been seeing Vanessa at Courtesy Acura as my go to parts/servicing agent for almost 4 or 5 years and during that time she has been trustworthy, kind, patient, and accountable. She is always transparent, and available. She explains everything and if she doesn't know, she will get you the right answer. She makes me feel as though I'm getting VIP treatment, even though I'm sure all her clients feel the same.She makes me feel like she is my own personal assistant. Sĥe is an asset to your company, I appreciate her candor, her knowledge and her belief in pleasing the client within reason, I never question what her input is, because she tells me what needs to be done and what can wait. Vanessa is the epitome of great customer service. She is all I want in an agent and a go to person at Courtesy Acura.

  I had a really great experience with Courtesy by Acura! I purchased a Mazda CX-5 Sport from them, and from the very beginning, everyone was incredibly attentive, helpful, and patient with me. Since this was my first time getting a car loan, I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood the process. The test drive was smooth, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I also brought the car back afterward for a couple of small repairs to the exterior paint, and they did a great job fixing everything. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciate how patient and helpful everyone was throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Acura!

  I've been going to Courtesy Acura for years for service on my older TSX, and I bought a used RDX from them earlier this year that has been an excellent car. Even though my Acuras are older Acuras, they do excellent work on them, and they don't treat me any less because of their age as some dealerships do when your car "ages" out. I completely trust Travis M, Chris Z, and my tech Jon B (Jon is a master at his craft and is very meticulous which I appreciate greatly) and I will go no where else. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you for taking care of me and keeping me happy, and for being amazing as always.

  They were great and I purchased out of state! April was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire buying process. She and the team went through a lot to help get the car delivered to me, and they were helpful, responsive, and easy to work with every step of the way. After the car arrived, we discovered that the previous owner had accidentally kept the removable middle seat when trading it in. Even though the sale was already finalized, April went above and beyond to contact the previous owner, drive to their home to pick up the seat, and arrange to have it delivered all the way to me. That level of service and follow-through is rare, especially after the sale is complete. I’m incredibly impressed with April and the entire team at Courtesy Acura. They truly took care of me, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!
