  I am so impressed with the team at the 5800 Kipling location and the way they took care of us. Tye is awesome! My husband was driving down Kipling and his car just stopped, no power, couldn’t turn on the 4-ways or release the brake to push it out of the way. This location was two blocks from where this happened and when we got the car to them, they checked everything to see exactly what was wrong. They quoted us a price, we didn’t have that much so they worked with us so we would be able to get home. They took care of us and I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a place to take their car!

  We came in with a broken lug nut. They worked with us to get it fixed yet today. Justin was great to work with - kept us updated with what was going on. Thanks

  This shop absolutely has integrity. We took our car on to have the brakes checked. When they called with the diagnostic, I initially said yes to the work that needs to be done but then after speaking to my husband we decided not to that day and would take it back the following week. I called back less than 10 min later (mind you they had closed already). Justin answered and I told him we will be back next week. We went to pick the car up the next day and they were working on the car. Justin forgot to tell them not to work on the car but took full responsibility and the shop ended up paying for the work on the car. We felt awful and extremely surprised because most shops would have just taken the work they have done off and put what was on originally, back. These gentleman showed true customer service. I highly recommend this breaks plus!

  This shop has been servicing my vehicles for years and they are always honest and do a great job. Recently I took my Xterra in to get a clicking sound diagnosed. Fearing it was a bad cv axle I was not looking forward to getting the bill. Luckily, Tye diagnosed that it was simply my fender rubbing on the inside of my tire and fixed it for free! Awesome to have such a friendly and honest shop in the neighborhood
