  7/7/26 Vince, Justin and crew replaced our Honda Ridgeline radiator. We were traveling from Denver back to our home in Cincinnati Ohio more than 1000 miles. We returned home no issues. Great job team. By the way they service my daughter and son in laws cars.

  I had an appointment yesterday for a brake check at 2pm and an AC check for 3pm, I arrived at 1:45. When I went in I was asked by an employee if i was staying or dropping off my car and i said i was going to wait and stay. He then explained to me that if I do both the brake check and AC check that it would take a long time and i could be suck here for a while. I asked what would be quicker between the two and and he said definitely the brake check would be quicker and wouldn't take that long. So I said thank you for letting me know, ill just do the brake check then for now and come back for the AC check another day because i wasn't trying to be stuck there for the whole day. After about 2 and a half hours I finally asked how much longer it would be and a different guy starts going over my brakes with me and then I look at the paper and see its not even my name or car so I let him know thats not my information. He says oh sorry wrong person, we'll go over everything with you next. Another 30 minutes goes by and I ask again what is happening and if I can just leave because I was told it wasnt going to take that long and ive been here waiting for 3 hours when I had an appointment at 2. So he suggested that we reschedule because they havent even looked at my car at all yet, and have just been sitting here wasting my time for 3 hours for my car to not even be looked at yet. I said that I was told this wouldnt take that long and I had an appointment so i don't understand why after 3 hours it hasnt even been looked at. All he had to say about that was sorry we recommend getting here in the morning and says that he always tells people it takes 3-5 hours for a brake check even with appointment, which is different from what the other person told me when I walked in earlier because if I had known that I wouldn't have stayed. I just grabbed my keys and left, i told him on my way out why would I make another appointment here for the same thing to happen? Very unprofessional with employees telling you different things with no accountability when you confront them about it. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my time yesterday.

  Vince and the team were amazing at the Kipling location-they got my brakes all fixed up for me so I can safely drive back to Texas. They even helped me out with a coupon for a great deal. Vince was super kind, patient, and helpful. Next time I trash my brakes in the mountains I will def come back here to get new ones again!

  These guys are the type you can trust to be completely honest and fair price. As a former fleet mechanic, I trust these guys completely to do the work that I can not do at my house. For example alignments. They have never tried selling me anything that I don’t need, and when they find safety concerns their prices are super fair! These guys are great!
