  The best place to go to. They are quick and have the best advice on what needs to be done with your vehicle. Kevin was very nice and explained the process for me to understand.

  Great experience with my vehicle, Vinny explained all of the options needed and took care of the repair in a very timely manner. Also offered a rideshare option to my work while the repair was being done. I will definitely refer to all family and friends.

  This review is lengthy, but please read to the end. It illustrates how an honest, principled establishment should do business. I made an appointment at 10:00 to take my car in because one of my tail lights was out. I asked if they would be done by 12:00 because l had a guest arriving then. I decided to have them replace both of them, however. They gave me a written estimate of $111, which l signed so they could proceed with the work. At 11:30 l asked for a status of the repair. They said they wouldn’t be done in time for me to be home by noon, so called a Lyft ride to take me home. They said they would call a Lyft for me to return when my car was ready. When they called and said my car was ready, l asked if my estimate was the same. He said it would not be higher, but it might be downgraded. When he checked, he said it was downgraded to a no charge. They weren’t able to do part of the repair because a software update needed to be done. They did install the new bulbs for the tail lights, but didn’t charge me for doing it. They could have still charged me the original estimate or some portion thereof, but didn’t.

  Excellent customer service and very thorough explanation of services. I’ve been to other locations and did not have a pleasant experience so I always come back to this location.

  Fantastic! If you are going to go to a name like brakes for less etc, like a chain like I did at brakes plus! Which one you go to matters there are two closer locations to my house and I am so glad I went to this location!! Excellent customer service, Chris.. very knowledgeable and also great at explaining , I didn’t feel pressured or like they were selling me anything I didn’t need etc like other places might do , it was going to be a 4 hour wait , they set up a Lyft (free of charge for me) to take me home and bring me back when done!! My car feels brand new great work brakes plus team!! Would definitely recommend this location and for my future needs I will be coming here! They definitely provided great service and went above and beyond!
