  Everything you've read about Nick and this location is absolutely true. Nick is exceptional—professional, personable, caring, honest, and an absolute pleasure to work with. His commitment to customer service is second to none. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every customer has a positive experience. Employees like Nick are invaluable.   They helped me figure out my problem with my brake caliper and didn’t sell me a new one when they could have. They explained the problem very well and helped me understand that. They also fixed my wheel studs and replaced them and didn’t even charge me. Great service very nice people, will definitely come back. Made my day with their service.

  Tim and staff accommodated us near the end of the day, reattaching the engine splash shield which had come loose. Fantastic customer service and no charge for the quick fix. Thank you Tim and team!!

  This is my second 5 star review of the location. Believe me, to leave two 5 star reviews takes a lot. And a lot is what they deliver. I have been visiting the location for several years now and as with cars, the problems increase with that time. The promptness, honesty and effort with which the team attacks my car issues is truly amazing. My vehicle has been in a bad way the last several weeks including times where I have had to leave the car overnight for a few days to work on the issues. Ryder is constantly providing me updates and thorough explanation of the issue and work needed. He is always quick to show test results, pictures or looks at what the problem is. Nick is thoughtful and kind when working on any discounts or pricing for a more than fair transaction. The team is really good at what they do and in a time where care expenses can really sap you, they do a great job to make sure you are back on the road, safely, affordably and in a timely manner. If you have an issue and are in the area, I recommend you give them a shot and test their work ethic and honesty. Thank you Brakes Plus County Line Road team, each and every one of you does great work!

  Amazing experience! I was running late for my oil change, and they were still able to get me in. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. They gave me the best price possible, were honest about what my car needed, and got me taken care of quickly. Great people, great service, and great value. I’ll definitely be back!
