  I came in today—in poor form, without an appointment—and Vinny took time out of his busy day to repair my car. He took exceptional care of me and was incredibly kind. I will be back for other repairs. Thanks Vinny!

  Went to brakes plus off county line to have a noise coming from my car looked at and the manager found that my strut was bent. They gave me an amazing deal to have the work done. I will be coming back for future work needed!

  I was able to get an early appointment reservation within 24-hours, as there was a lot of availability. The appointment began on time and the techs had recommendations within 10 minutes. They will recommend everything you need and should do, regardless as to how easy or difficult it may actually be. If you know what needs done ahead of time on larger projects, or If you have other bids, and can get work done cheaper elsewhere, tell them, as they may be able to offer good prices. Otherwise, on smaller jobs, they will add whatever coupons available at the time. This keeps it simple to come back rather than shop prices. On mine, they replaced spark plugs quicker than their estimate, along with my normal oil change and tire rotation. They accidentally reset the cabin for filter internal notification on my display on something I elected to do myself, but I considered that trivial.

  Had my rear brakes And new rotors put on prior to this visit however tech told me I needed a new rotors again on the second visit and when I told them I had rotors, they said oh our mistake. And they were trying to sell me on rotors for my front, I decided to get another opinion which they were rude about so I go to get my car and it’s back in the shop even though they told me it was done they told me they were holding it in the bay for me and then I take it to the guy that has been doing my oil change for years and he let me know that my oil pan had been tampered with and. That’s touched that car was brakes plus who I believe vindictively vandalized my vehicle because of my complaint

  I had an exceptional experience at Brakes Plus! I came in with so many questions about my vehicle, and Vinny, Ryder, and Tim took the time to answer every one of them. They were honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured or tried to take advantage of me, unlike the last shop I visited. They helped me understand what repairs were needed and prioritize what should be addressed first, which I truly appreciated. It’s refreshing to find a team you can trust.
