  I had such a great experience with Vinny at Brakes Plus! He was friendly, professional, and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another customer walking through the door. Vinny went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the way I was treated. If you need anything done with your vehicle, I definitely recommend stopping in and asking for Vinny. Great customer service and a great experience all around!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brakes Plus, and a huge part of that was because of Vinny, the General Manager. From the moment I walked in, Vinny was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I never felt pressured or like I was just another customer. It’s obvious that he takes pride in what he does and truly cares about the people who come through his doors. What stood out to me most was his honesty and the way he treated me with respect. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, and Vinny went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. Brakes Plus is lucky to have someone like him leading the team. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, professional, and friendly service. Vinny is a true asset to the company!

  I love coming to this shop! Every time I come I learn more and more about my vehicle. The staff is amazing and very helpful! Ryder is very informative and let's me know what is going on with my vehicle. They got everything done in a timely manor! My family and I will continue to keep coming back!

  My wife goes to this location for oil changes and every time she goes they discriminate. She can’t just go drop her car and get an oil change without someone rudely recommending some unnecessary repair or adding more oil than what is needed. Whenever I visit the location on Dayton and Arapahoe I can just drop my car off and get it back no problem and no surprise fees. This one literally every time she goes they have something to say. Just because she’s a female doesn’t give y’all the right to take advantage just because we are doing our basic duty as car owners. This is why car mechanic shops are the #1 distrusted business for females. Way to play into that. Be better.

  I took my Toyota Pickup in for oil leak problem. The manager (Vinny) said leave truck we'll look for the leak and call to let you know the source we''ll have time look at it around 4pm and will call to let you know what we found. Around 4:30 he called and found the problem was an oil filter not fully tightened (from a Walmart oil change a few weeks earlier). A shady auto service business could have taken advantage of the situation and gave a phony diagnosis of a "serious engine problem" and charge us hundreds of dollars for a simple fix and no one would know the difference. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND dealing with Brakes Plus managed by Vinny and his Brake Plus team for great friendly and honest *service you can trust! *This is not the first time Brake Plus has saved me $ on their fair and reliable service, this time they top off the oil and did not charge anything.
