  Came in for my brakes and rotors to be replaced. Guy at the front his name was Rider I think, super kind, answered all my questions without belittling me, they did an complimentary brake inspection to tell me everything that needed to be done, didn’t get everything fixed today but will definitely be back. Pete was also amazing. Pricing is a little pricey but for the great communication and fast but thorough work, it was well worth it!! Nick who was there when I picked up my vehicle was also super kind and helped me out with a coupon that saved me 60$!! Highly recommend this location.

  These guys are on there p's and q's. We spoke with Ryder at the front and on the phone who helped us get an estimate, and when we needed to go with a cheaper package than was offered it wasn't an issue at all. They said Pete was the one who worked on our vehicle, changed all four brakes and both rear rotors, and they feel buttery smooth. We dropped our car off around 10ish and by 2:30 they called us for pickup. Gotta love fast service. Thanks fellas.

  Best customer service! Nick was a great help and even managed to find me some discounts, so my stripped lug nut ended up being repaired free! As a senior citizen, and being on a fixed income, words can't explain how much I appreciated that. I later found out from my daughter that her brake job cost way less than I paid at another place. We both have a Subaru.

  I was a little nervous about taking my truck in, but Brakes Plus completely changed that experience for me. Nick and his team made everything easy and stress-free from the start. They took the time to perform a free brake inspection and walked me through exactly what was going on with clear, detailed explanations. What really stood out was their transparency they even showed me photos so I could understand what needed attention and why. There was absolutely no pressure or upselling, just honest, straightforward service. I went in expecting a big bill, but the pricing was very reasonable. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. I’ll be coming back for future service needs. Thank you, Nick and team!
