  Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. The car wash itself is okay, but they are trying to make everything app-based. You can still use a credit card for the wash, but if you want to use the vacuums or other features, you’re forced to download their app. I tried. I entered all my information, and then the app said it needed to email me a verification code. The code never came. I deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and tried again with the same result. At that point, I gave up. Apparently, using a vacuum at a car wash now requires downloading an app, creating an account, providing your information, and hoping their verification system actually works. The wash itself also has an issue with the soap from the scrub brush. It comes out in all sorts of bright colors that stain your hands and can stain your clothes. If you don’t get it rinsed off the vehicle quickly enough, it can also leave colored marks that you have to come back and remove later. I just wanted to wash and vacuum my truck, not troubleshoot an app in the parking lot. I eventually said screw it and left with a dirty truck. Definitely a one-star experience.

  Just like at every other location, most of the equipment here doesn’t work properly. A complete waste of money.

  I have had a membership with Autowash for about six years and this is probably the worst location I’ve been to. Only two automatic stalls and they never seem to be fully functioning. I just drove there now and both are out of service. The vacuums here are also terrible. It sucks because this is the closest one to my house. But it seems like a pattern for Autowash automatic wash stalls to not function correctly.

  Becoming one of those never maintained car wash that never works.. Both automatic bay has been down for 3 weeks, not sure if anyone comes to maintain this location anymore.

  Adding an app to my phone to vacuum my car is not something I want to, if everything uses an app we wont have enough gigs on our phones to get them all probably, some things are meant to stay quarters & cards.
