  After discovering their set up was through an app, attempted for about 20 minutes to get set up but it was such a frustrating hassle I eventually tapped out and just went to an old school car wash that has the option of cash or tap to pay. Having everything move through an app sounds like a good idea until youre a customer attempting to navigate set up in a location without a reliable signal. Looks like a nice, clean set up, but the app experience is a problem.

  No one but all three self service washes don’t work. All three have an error message. Don’t come to this location.

  DONT go to this location! I have the app, there is no cell service can’t connect to theirs or get a hot spot! Only worked once of 4 times and does not clean nearly as good as other locations!

  The cellular service for Verizon is horrible here. They have free WiFi here, but you need to have email access to log into their WiFi because it requires verification within 2 minutes using your email account which you can't complete if you don't have any phone service. Also, you may need to use your camera in the Autowash app to start the wash because the QR code reader doesn't always read well especially if there's a lot of water mist on the air from someone using the automatic wash. Minus 1 star for each issue.
