  This review is specifically for Bobby R who works out of this location. Bobby did an exemplary job replacing our windshield. He made sure we got the correct make and style for our vehicle, the installation itself was perfect, and fixed all the errors made when our windshield was initially replaced by another Safelite technician. What really stood out was his sincere care for his customers and his honesty; he ran into an unusual calibration error afterward and was upfront about not being able to complete the recalibration. No excuses, no runaround, just straightforward professionalism. We truly appreciate his integrity, quality of work, and him honestly just being a good person. Bobby, I cannot thank you enough for finally doing right by us after all we went through with Safelite personnel from other locations. Thank you for being you.

  Been here a few times, most recently for a chip repair. I stopped by with a few questions (the automated customer service line is not the best), and Bobby was very helpful and kind even though it was the end of their work day. I went back the next day for the repair. They were very busy but still squeezed me in. I think it was Sarah at the desk and she was really nice as well. Appreciate the good customer service ☺️

  Glass replacement was good. Just not happy with the small pieces of Glass left on the dash and and floor mats. And oil change reminder sticker was nowhere to be found.

  I had my Toyota FJ Cruiser for seven years in the Denver, Colorado area and had NEVER had a single issue with any kind of leaks into the cab. During this time, it developed several cracks and chips. I took it into the Lakewood Safelite for a replacement that was not covered by insurance. I was pleased with the work done until I noticed the cab was leaking the next time it was parked in the rain while I was at work. I took it back to Safelite and after a short inspection, I was told the leak was not due to the windshield replacement. The next time I took the truck in for service, I described the issue to Toyota and was charged $120 for the service Tech to perform an inspection and troubleshoot the issue after which they emphatically explained the windshield was leaking. Toyota even took detailed photos of the water leaking in around the seal. I went back to Safelite and shared the detailed report I had received from Toyota. After another inspection, I was informed by Safelite the work they had performed was done correctly and the issue was not caused by the windshield replacement. I was also told in a very roundabout way to not come back. No problem with that request. It's sad that this is pretty much all this company does and they failed 100%. There's just no way I believe it started leaking from some other cause other than windshield replacement almost immediately after the work was done by coincidence.
