  I found a piece of my windshield sensor under my driver car seat. I didn't know what it was and finally just started googling the parts number. I've been having issues with the front sensor for months. Now everything makes sense.

  My windshield suffered a rock chip. I had been to Safelite in Lakewood many years ago and experienced good service. So, I returned to have my windshield evaluated for repair or replacement. From the start with Customer Advocate, Sarah to the windshield repair technician, my recent experience was handled with urgency and professionalism. GREAT JOB!

  Needed 2 vehicles front windows, we took both cars in at the same time. They were very nice. They took extra on my vehicle as there was issue of where the window sits. He got it completed for no extra charge. I will go back if I need anything other windows replaced.

  The quality of the work by Safelite was satisfactory. The new windshield looks good and I am satisfied with their installation skills. The calibration of the onboard vehicle safety lane control seems to be a bit imprecise. The vehicle hugs the right side of the road too much. Customer service itself was a bit unsatisfactory. Making the appointment initially through my insurance company and using their automated scheduler, they set me up for a “all day appointment“ which is code for no “specific hour” identified to begin the work. Therefore, if they have difficulty getting to your vehicle sometime in the course of the day, it has to wait until all their other work is done. They do pledge to get it completed by the end of the day and will not go home until all work is done. However, that does not fit well in a schedule where you’re trying to pick up your car at an appointed time. I consequently had to leave the vehicle overnight, as I could not wait longer for them to begin and finish the work. The manager assured me that he would be on site at seven in the morning for me to pick up the vehicle. On the contrary, as I arrived at 7:30, there was no one on site except another customer awaiting an appointment. The doors were locked, and the manager was nowhere to be found. After a few minutes, another employee showed up and indicated that he would try to reach out to the manager. The manager soon showed up and apologized for having had a personal emergency that delayed him. Bottom line, although I would trust Safelite with your windshield repair, I would not use this particular location.

  Store did not contact upon work completion. Impossible to actually contact the store directly. Either phone tree is broken (kept looping back) or there is hard intent to remove humans from any customer interaction. Eventually made contact with customer support which had difficulty contacting store. Had to walk to store to discover actual status. Indifferent front desk staff implausibly blamed the technician for not making contact.
