  Excellent customer service. Shane was at my car within seconds of pulling into shop. Got me out of the sun to get my info. Service was explained by Katelyn prior to be done. The team worked well together. Shane, Katelyn and everyone else were friendly. I do recommend.

  This jiffy lube was a vibe, lol. Everyone was so genuinely kind and really seemed to enjoy their jobs and helping me. I don’t remember all of their names, but Shane was the last person I spoke with and was so super nice. In and out in a jiffy, I give them all the stars.

  Micheal and Shane did an awesone job. I got an oil change in less than 15 minutes. They honored my online coupon for a discount, and also printed me out a vehicle inspection, diagnostic list with prices. Thanks again for the great customer service!

  I’ve been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for over 5 years, which is why this experience is so disappointing. About six months ago, I had my brake fluid serviced at this same location. During my most recent visit, I was told it needed to be done again because the fluid was “getting brown.” That didn’t sit right with me, so I went back and checked my records, only to confirm it had already been done here just a few months prior. When I questioned it, I was told the previous service “wasn’t done properly,” and they tried to say they didn’t know who exactly performed it. That response was unacceptable. I didn’t go somewhere else; I trusted this shop to do the job correctly the first time. Being told it wasn’t done right, and then being asked to pay again for the same service, is incredibly frustrating. What’s even more concerning is that no one flagged this during my visit; I had to catch it myself. Customers should not have to keep detailed records just to avoid being sold unnecessary services. After escalating to a manager, they did issue a full refund for the brake fluid service, which I appreciate. But at that point, the damage was already done. This situation completely broke my trust, not just in this location, but in Jiffy Lube as a whole. After 5+ years as a customer, I will not be returning to any Jiffy Lube location. It’s honestly disappointing to walk away from a brand I used to rely on, but this experience left me with no confidence in the quality of work or the recommendations being given.
