- FFFelicia FeliciaJul 8, 20255.0Update: A supervisor called me and fixed the issue. He was kind, made things easy to understand. He offered several resolutions from me to choose from and offered great customer service! My issue was mainly with the installer, intoxalock has proven they value my business. Original issue: Device was installed correctly i assume, it works. Customer service was awful, they did not show me how to properly use the device, and when I had futher questions the guy just walked away. Then i walked back in because i was not given the proper paperwork, and i was ignored. I had to youtube how to use it properly. Well, today I go to the DMV to reinstate my license and they did not even send ANY documents to the dmv. I had to wait HOURS for the dmv to get confirmation that the ignition device was installed, then go to another dmv and get my license.
