- MUMartin UrbinaOct 5, 20261.0I spoke with a Utah state representative by the name of Aryana who had told me she could not reschedule me a month out. She stated they do not schedule for that far out and that i would need to schedule sooner. I told her financially it was not possible for me and then told me i would be charged a $50 fee if I wanted to cancel instead. I then had to take time off of work and borrow money. When i arrived to CSG Solutions they told me i could in fact be scheduled out for a month in advance and they did not have me on the calendar today. Aryana the utah state representative lied and would not let me speak to anyone else regarding the matter. When i confronted her about it she stated she never said that. I would strongly suggest using a different company. Poor experience. The other agents were professional and helped me reschedule my appointment but Aryana the Utah state representative clearly state that the agents who helped me reschedule should have not done so and told me I have the options of scheduling sooner or paying a fee. Horrible work ethic and unprofessional manner.
