  I won't be back! I paid $246.00 for an oil change and they didn't wash the windows or vaccume the car. Not a good showing for a store that is owned by the parent company.

  Had a terrible time with Pep Boys, waited over 3 hours and car did not get serviced. So I decided to take some where else. I know Grease Monkey was close to my house. Stop in and let them know what happened at Pep Boys and the manger said he would take care of everything. Long story short 1 hour later everything was change and tires rotated and ready to go. Which he had to take care of a mess that Pep Boys did on the Fleet order to my the car rental. All the staff were very friendly and brought filters out to show what was needed. This is now going to be the place where I take my vehicles form now on!! Great Service and Staff!!!!

  Ty and Tyler were amazing! I was actually taking my car to another mechanic because It kept dying. They had just left work and helped us in the middle of a busy intersection. They knew what was happening and waited until we got going again. They were so nice and knowledgeable that we are going to now take our vehicles to this location for oil changes.

  Update: since the 1st reviewed oil change below, the check engine light came on a week later. I then paid for "routine maintenance" that is offerred, because both Autozone and Gease Monkey said I had a trigging misfire on header #4. So I paid for what the manager Tyler advised I needed, a set of $500 new spark plugs. I had to come back after payday, but got the work done and the car seemed to run great. Another week passes and the engine light turns back on. They were very kind and advised the spark plugs would be replaced free of charge. The mechanic Mo was friendly and informative, telling me what he b saw and that he moved the spark plugs and rearranged the configuration so that if (and when) the engine light came back on, I should bring it back in as soon as I could so he could evaluate and assess which coil pack had an issue. The light shows up on the next day, I schedule a time to bring it back in and they tell me now I have a misfire on random headers and now need 4 new coil packs. I explained I cant afford that right now, and he said bring it in when you can and that will for sure fix the problem... I need to add some anecdotal experience while I was waiting for the coil packs to be assessed. A customer came in and long story short, they did some kind of work last Monday and left a leak, and she worked at a dealership, and knew what she was talking about. And Tyler offered a free oil change. She refused to come back because of the bad work, said that she had been coming to this location for 5 years. And refuses to come back because they've caused an issue and now she has to go to a different mechanic. Im very worried about my car and whats going on at this location =( Old review: From the moment I pulled up, Jeff was phenomenal, Stephanie took great care of me, and Ty did a speedy job. I used to go to Valvoline, but since moving to Colorado, Greece monkey today has earned my business. Thank you all again for being so nice and wonderful.
