  This staff goes above and beyond when doing their work. They even advised me on brake pad wear. I never see any oil drips like I do with other shops. Their work is done carefully , so I recommend this location.

  I have used these guys to service my fleet work truck for years. Today I was told not to come here anymore and that I can take my vehicle to their competition up the street. When I arrived I said I want my oil changed and new wiper blades, nothing else ( I was very clear). When I went to pay I was told that they are just finishing the tire rotation. I said I hope you’re not charging me for that. The tech said it was approved through GSA, I explained that I specifically said oil and wiper blade change only, he continued to give me grief and asked what department I work for and that we are always a problem. He ended up not charging me for the tire rotation but this is what this business does. They go to the GSA online fleet system and request all of the services that they want without your consent and then up charge everything for the benefit of the business and take full advantage of government funds. I asked the tech, you wouldn’t do this to another customer so why would you do it for a fleet vehicle, he informed me again to not bring it here anymore. I always used this place out of convenience but am very disappointed with I was treated today.

  Drove in Sat. afternoon, afraid it was too late in the day. The staff was hospitable and treated my Ford Escape as if they’d known it for years. I’d be happy to go back when it needs the next oil change.

  This is the only Grease Monkey I will ever come to! I have used them for years over several cars and cannot say enough good things about them! They are fast, kind, and just simply perfect!

  I recently moved from the East Coast and needed to find somewhere to get my oil changed and have an inspection done! I was so happy to have gone to this location! I was greeted immediately and they took my car right in! I needed a few things done and they reviewed everything with me beforehand! Everyone was so nice, and helpful! Special thanks to Clint and Ryan and 2 other young men ( didn’t get their names) who took excellent care of my car! No long wait times and they have great popcorn and refreshments for you! Highly recommend going here for your car needs! I am so happy I did!!
