  I've rented from the Lakewood/Colfax Ave. location several times for business purposes, and each time, I've been genuinely impressed by the team's customer service, professionalism, and warmth. Trey and his team are incredibly responsive and quick to pivot when unexpected circumstances arise, always going above and beyond to find a solution and make sure I'm taken care of. I've especially appreciated how communicative, resourceful, and kind everyone has been. I use rentals for time-sensitive business needs, and it's incredibly reassuring to work with a team that I know will do everything they can to make things run smoothly. Trey and the entire team have been wonderful to work with, and I'll absolutely continue renting from this location!

As mentioned to both, it's a pleasure doing business with a company, and with their employees, that are flexible and accommodating. Understand certain requirements are not negotiable, but they've proven they can be flexible where possible

  Rented a van to me. Paid them. Then they told me to return the vehicle immediately or else I would be arrested because I put too many miles on the vehicle. Now I’m stuck in Virginia with a bunch of clients furniture. Every time I spoke with them I verified that I was in good standing with them. Do NOT trust your business with these people.

  In all of the years I've been renting cars, I've never had a red carpet experience like the guys gave me when I rented this truck. Impressive!
