- DRDedra Reynoso3 days ago5.0Christopher WAS AMAZING. Let me tell you my trip was going down and once I met his smiling face and his great service it really turned around my trip. When I say nothing was going right until I went to pick up my rental I truly mean it. He made the process smooth, sweet, and simple. He made sure I had all the information and everything I needed. I have never rented a car however, when I do it will only be with Christopher. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication it truly shows!

They said no one was available at the moment but they would call when they were on their way. No call. No show. I take an uber. Get there. Wait in line for 30 minutes. Eventually, give up in frustration. I ask them to cancel the reservation. They tell me they’re unable to cancel the reservation. I spoke to Salem and CJ. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said he was on vacation. Not sure how they could fail any harder to be honest.

They claimed they “tried to reach out” about but that is a complete lie as there had been no communication since the rental confirmation email. Exceptionally poor service all around
