  Excellent location to rent a car from. I have used them multiple times for my business and personal, always a good experience. Salem was very helpful and professional, very prompt assistance. Absolutely my go to Enterprise, thank you kindly.

  Customer service was over the top!! Shout out to Salem and the other reps at the Lakewood, CO location. They were soooo accommodating and helpful. Enterprise redeemed a previously horrible experience with a competitor just down the road and helped make our visit in Lakewood a success. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I will never use another car rental agency again. Thank you Enterprise!!

  Enterprise check in and check out is the best. Simple and smooth. The SUV I rented was brand new. Very comfortable. Best of all was the price. Very impressed overall with my experience. Would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone wishing a no hassle car rental.

  I picked up a rental from the Wheat Ridge location while my car was recovering from an auto accident. I left a toll transponder in the rental car and called the very next day. I called Wheat Ridge and they told me the car was at this Lakewood location and I needed to call them. I called and talked to the 'manager' at the Lakewood location and explained that I left the toll transponder in the car. He told me that he didn't have the car. I called the Wheat Ridge location back and they called the Lakewood location and spoke to the 'manager'. Yes, Lakewood had the car, but they hadn't checked it in yet. I called the Lakewood location again and again explained that I left the transponder in the car and was told that he was too busy to do anything about it and that I would need to come on Monday and go through their lost and found because they weren't open on Sunday. I get to the Lakewood location this evening and they rented the car with the toll transponder. I take full responsibility for leaving it in the car and tried to rectify it the day after I turned the car in. The 'manager' had three different conversations on Saturday with two different people about the toll transponder being left in the car and still rented out the car with a toll transponder that didn't belong to them. At this point Enterprise has stolen the toll transponder. I will report the transponder stolen.

  I used enterprise for a rental car while my car was getting fixed at an auto body shop near by after an accident. Enterprise came and picked me up from the shop to get the rental car, and they allowed me to leave it at the autobody shop rather than returning it directly to them. Both of those things really helped make the whole experience easier, and I really appreciated them. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and accommodating, and the car itself was great as well. Appreciate the service and would definitely recommend!
