    I don't understand why this site has 2.9 stars on google. It should be 5 stars all around. The staff were fantastic. Customer service is the reason I've been a customer for >10 years and the reason I keep coming back. This site definitely sets a high bar for the rest of the Enterprise locations :)

    The price was great, reservation process was easy, pick up and drop off pastimes and smooth. Plus the staff at this location was friendly and got me in and out quickly. Honestly, best car rental experience I've ever had, thank you!

    Very unprofessional lied and told me they would give me a ride to pick ky car up form the shop even after I told them I was in lunch. Another crazy thin is they have a full lot of cars and the service agent kept telling everyone who called they have no vehicles I wouod stay away from this location worst service from enterprise I have ever received

    The team at this Lakewood location is small but efficient and great at their job. Upon returning my car, Will was the only employee there and managed the large influx of people extremely well. I recommend all of the employees for their professionalism and ability to work within the constraints of a small staff. My only suggestion would be to increase their pay and/or hire another team member to keep up with the influx of customers. As always, I am happy with Enterprise’s overall setup and will continue to rent from you in the future!
