Very disappointing experience. I entered the car wash with my mirror cover intact and left with it completely missing. Autowash says they reviewed the footage but still won’t tell me what it actually shows. Instead, they told me to file a claim with my own insurance. To make matters worse, the vacuums are also falling apart and won’t even stay secured in their holders. Overall, very disappointing customer service and upkeep. For many people, an insurance deductible costs more than simply fixing the damage, so that hardly feels like a solution. I also find it concerning that a fairly large mirror cover disappeared during the wash and apparently cannot be located. Accidents happen, but it’s how a company handles them that matters. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed rather than helped. I won’t be returning and will be encouraging family and friends with memberships to take their business elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed with this car wash and their terrible customer service! During my visit, their equipment broke off my vehicle’s side mirror cover, and the staff couldn’t even locate the missing piece. After waiting for a resolution, their only response was to tell me to contact my own car insurance over a $100 mirror cover! Seriously? Why should a customer have to file an insurance claim for damage caused by their car wash? Absolutely ridiculous! After being a loyal customer for many years, I am canceling my membership immediately. WARNING TO OTHERS: Think twice before bringing your vehicle here! Your car could get damaged, and based on my experience, don’t expect them to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and no appreciation for longtime customers. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!

LUKE (or Lucas?) did a wonderful job! The front of my car had a LOT of dead bug debris after a 1,000 mile drive. He said "I got you" and spent time manually power washing and scrubbing the front of the car and the rear view mirrors resulting in a very clean car after just one wash. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Luke!!! I will be back!!!

Went on 3 day road trip, car covered in bug splatter poo goo, the guy manually scrubbed all the bugs off and then I got the car washed all for $10. I will be a forever customer. Fantastic service
