  Left greasy handprints on the hood of my car and on the interior and exterior of the driver side door and had to ask management to clean it off. Also lost tire valve covers. After I complain they failed to give me a receipt. Definitely don't plan on going back. Lack of professionalism

  Louie was fast and professional. He took time to answer my questions and made sure I got a fair price. I will be recommending him to my friends and family and coming back the next time I need work done.

  Makenzie at the front desk was great! Communicated well. Needed the AC checked. Ended up needing new condenser. Part seemed crazy over priced but needed it done sooner than later and didn’t want to pay someone else to check it all over again etc. once done AC seemed as good as it will be able to be. One week later I pull up on the curb into my driveway and I hear a crazy loud scraping noise. It was my skid plate that had cut loose on the two rear screws and dropped onto the driveway creating a crazy sound. If this would’ve happened on the highway. It would’ve been extremely dangerous. My skid plate is solid aluminum that I made custom. It’s never come off before they just did not tighten the bolts. I can’t state enough how dangerous this is. Beware of the work they do and make sure things are tightened once you get your car home.

  I’m not the type of person to leave a negative review, but this place simply has no respect for a person’s time or situation for needing their vehicle. I came in at 11 AM today to get a simple brake pad job done. They asked me when I needed the vehicle back, I told him as long as it was done by the time they closed it would be fine with me and they assured me that was plenty of time and it would be no issue. Then they call me at 4:30 PM and tell me they’re unsure if I they would be able to perform the job I dropped it off for and dancing around the answer of yes or no Will they be done with my vehicle by the time they close. So finally, he says no after dancing around the question for so long that they won’t be able to finish my vehicle by 6 PM. This is a major inconvenience for me because I took off the entire day from work because I use my vehicle for work. Now I have to find a different place to get it done tomorrow so now they’re having me waste two of my work days because they didn’t warn me initially that there was any chance they couldn’t finish it today. They assured me when I dropped it off. That would be plenty of time to get this simple brake pad job done. I’m not sure if it was the manager or no that called me, but they didn’t offer an extra discount or anything for the huge inconvenience, this has caused me and my schedule. So if you want anyone to have respect for your time, this certainly isn’t the place that would care. They will lie to you and tell you they can get your vehicle in and then close to six hours later when they figure out they can’t the hope you can leave your vehicle overnight even though you specifically told them you needed this done today. Again, this is the most unprofessional brake shop I’ve ever came to, to not even try to fix their mistake after making it and causing you this huge inconvenience and literally taking money out of my pocket for making me miss an entire extra workday. Brakes plus his lost a Customer for life with me., I will never do any service with them again. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

  DO NOT! get your brakes done here. it took them all day to do my breaks on a chevy colorado. I did the premium brakes and rotors and they have lasted less than 18000 miles and I already need all 4 replaced and they tell me the only thing under Warranty is the pads but I'd have to pay their labor costs. That is terrible business. Breaks and rotors should last closer to 45000 miles. They don't stand by their products or services. It cost me around $1200. Even though their advertising says $250 it's just a big bait and switch scam DO NOT GET BREAKS DONE HERE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
