  I brought my car in for an alignment because it was pulling to the left. They got me in and out pretty quickly. Shortly after leaving, I noticed it was now pulling hard to the right, worse than the original problem. I called immediately and brought it straight back, but they insisted the alignment was fine. It wasn’t. I drove off and it was still pulling significantly to the right. I took it to a different shop, and they confirmed the alignment was noticeably off and had not been done correctly. When I called to explain, the manager repeatedly asked me to bring the car back in so they could “make it right.” I declined. I was already paying another shop to fix their mistake, and this shop had already told me twice, incorrectly, that nothing was wrong. I asked for a refund instead. It took repeating myself several times before they agreed. They did ultimately refund me, which I appreciate, but the experience getting there, being told my car was fine when it clearly wasn’t, twice, is not something I’d want anyone else to go through. I would not recommend this shop for alignments.

  Awesome location, Awesome staff and very knowledgeable. After being lied to, given bad service, and having the alignment done improperly at the arvada location the colfax location correctly aligned my truck and went above and beyond for me to correct the issues from the previous location. Highly recommend this specific location!

  Brakes Plus service and integrity is top notch. They were able to get me in within an hour to diagnose a break issue and let me know the pads and rotors still had life and we’re not in need of repair. They instead discovered the shoes needed cleaning which saved me time and a lot of money.

  I've been looking at a lot of places that give you an honest quote, work with you, don't try and force you into doing all the "premium services" Brakes Plus is the place! Mackenzie is an amazing Store Manager and Louie is a fantastic Service Advisor! Both were honest, straight, professional and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of other services. They work with your budget, they help you out (because they care about the customer!) and their work is awesome! You want to find a good place to take care of your car may I recommend Brakes Plus! Also, they do Veteran Discounts, just another reason why I'm giving them 5/5 stars!
