  Look, I don’t know what happened but I went in with my mom on a Friday. We both had an appointment to get our brakes done at 9am. And I understand they were very busy. We didn’t get our cars until 2 and 3PM. They fixed my rear brakes and they fixed the front & rear brakes my mom‘s car. We both needed an Axle replacement and they replaced my axle but they didn’t replace my mom’s axle for some reason. Some days go on, and my mom notices one of her hub caps was on the wrong tire, and then the next day, she notices a piece of metal hanging out of another hub cap, and then a couple days after that she said she was driving to work, and one of her hubcaps flew off. She said the brakes were fine though, no issues. I’m noticing that my rear brakes, which were the ones that got done, are clicking and I don’t know much about cars so I don’t know if that’s normal but I noticed they’re clicking when they never have before. I don’t know, maybe because it was busy and they were rushing, the front two guys were super nice and even said they offer discounts for Ubers, but after having our cars done and then almost a week later I feel like neither of those should have happened.

  Came in for a 4:00 appointment and got right in. They gave the diagnosis and helped to make the repairs happen quickly and affordable.

  Came in for a brake check that I scheduled a week ago.... I clicked "staying at store". I bring my car in and am told it's 3-4 hours before they can even get my car IN and I'm told they can charge me $22 to take me home and pick me back up. Do not recommend this location. They have a horrible scheduling system and now the next time I can get my brakes looked at isn't until yet ANOTHER week out. This is bullshit. What am I supposed to do to get to work now?

  I've been using this store for a few years now, for an '03 C5 Corvette and two Audi Q3's. I've had a lot of things done there that are above my skill or dedication level. I don't do oil changes, too messy, I don't like having to take the oil to a recycler and I like having a real mechanic under the car on a lift giving it an inspection for other trouble spots. Just had the brakes in there for the '22 Q3 with 60K miles, and Seth who wrote me up said they'd give them a look, see what was needed and call me. They were feeling very wobbly, like ABS gone mad so I was pretty sure they were due. Seth called, said they'd just replace the front rotors and pads, and had it done on time as promised. I agreed, I did not want the rotors refurbed! When I went to get the car, the bill was for about $75.00 less than the quoted price I had agreed to... -> LESS than I had agreed to! Such a huge improvement in braking, wow. Great job, a good price that got even better in the end. They've never tried to upsell me, in fact they have talked me out of repairs I suspected needed done, pointing out the real problem. Highly recommend. Thanks Seth.
