- EEEthan6 days ago1.0The guy at the counter was unengaging, unfriendly, and useless. We asked where a specific, and highly common, product was and he had no idea what we were talking about. The music playing in the store was inappropriate, including slurs and cuss words. The guy had to ask the female that was working if we picked the proper product (don't they have computers for this?) as the girl walked around on her phone. When we asked the female a question, she seemed annoyed by the question and blew us off. Far too much hassle and ear-raping music for 1 simple product. Why is AZ hiring folks that know absolutely nothing about ABC car needs?

I just a couple of bucks shy of the total and she helped me by locating all the best deals or discounts available for similar items and I able to get what I needed. One of the coolest experiences I've had in a store like this. I will be coming back.

I want to thank the Auto Zone employee Chunsie for his excellent service and help in the process. I am not mechanically talented so I was exceptionally appreciative of Chunsie's time and courtesy explaining the process of the installation including testing the alternator to assure it is providing adequate service to the battery. When future auto servicing is needed I will rely on this Auto Zone location and highly recommend it for any auto needs.
