  Went to have battery replaced and installed for convenience and the tech looked at and decided he didn’t have the right tools to do it. So my 68 year old father pulled out his tool box and did the entire process in the parking lot in about 15 minutes. Seriously don’t know if that was inability, no skill set or absolute laziness but I will probably not go there again.

  I had ordered a part and customer service had directly called for them to pull it .and said the two stores that had it in stock ,so the one I told him was closer he had set that store as the one to go to and when I arrived I immediately started asking about some car issues and what best fit my situation per say , then I asked for the part I had ordered 1 hour before I got there . To my surprise the guy had no idea what I was talking about and looked in one spot that pulled orders are kept in . He told me there was nothing there for me … so I was super confused about the fact I knew it had to be a mistake or misunderstanding. He brushed me off saying yah sorry we can’t help you more . I then had him pull my account and name which I saw the notes and under my account the order I had called in that same day … not only did the guy say he knows nothing about it and also that they didn’t carry that part supposedly!!! I was actually at this point frustrated now . He never once went in the back to pull the part that was confirmed to be there or even try to look for a new one per se to obtain my needs . Then walked around and found a ticket they print for phone orders and to his surprise had seen it was in my name and still had brushed it off again saying oh I don’t know why , like he was incredibly in shock to see such a strange reason someone would say they had a part when they didn’t he said … but how would you know if you didn’t input the part number in the first place nor use the ticket information to go look in the back for the part ??? Over all my frustration grew bigger and bigger because I needed this part in order to get my car back up and running . So ultimately I ended up dipping in pure frustration. And still haven’t gotten the part yet. So anyway I’d rather not have to deal with this store anymore off Alameda ave . Usually auto zone is pretty helpful . But I guess this day it was uneventful for me .
