  I only leave reviews when an experience genuinely exceeds expectations, the level of professionalism and customer service I received from Anthony M at this location absolutely deserved recognition. I originally stopped in expecting nothing more than a quick conversation about battery options. I explained that my battery was only a couple of years old, but because I rarely drive the car, I kept dealing with significant corrosion and battery acid buildup that I had already cleaned multiple times myself. Anthony immediately approached the situation with a level of attentiveness, initiative, and professionalism that has become increasingly uncommon to encounter anymore. He listened carefully, walked me through the possible causes, explained my options clearly, and treated the situation like it genuinely mattered instead of handling it like another routine transaction. At one point I asked, “You guys don’t happen to change car batteries, do you?” and without hesitation Anthony smiled and said, “Absolutely, let me grab the battery and tools and I’ll meet you outside.” That response alone told me a lot about both his attitude and work ethic. The second I opened the hood, Anthony immediately recognized the problem and showed me exactly what was happening. The battery was leaking badly enough that parts of the casing had actually started deforming, and there was literal pooled battery acid sitting underneath it in the tray area. Seeing the condition of it in person was honestly shocking. What impressed me most was the amount of effort he put into the replacement and cleanup. This was not a simple battery swap. There was wet acid, heavy dried corrosion, and buildup throughout the compartment to the point where he had to repeatedly change protective gloves while working because everything was coated in residue. Through all of it, Anthony stayed focused, upbeat, detail oriented, and fully committed to doing the job correctly instead of taking shortcuts. Beyond his technical knowledge, Anthony has the rare ability to make customers feel immediately comfortable and taken care of, the kind of presence that turns a routine errand into an experience people actually remember. It was also very clear that he genuinely takes pride in both his work and the company he represents. The store itself deserves recognition as well. Everything was exceptionally clean, organized, and well maintained. The entire location reflected professionalism from start to finish. If corporate leadership reads these reviews, employees like Anthony are not the type you simply retain. They are the type you invest in and move upward. People with his level of professionalism, initiative, customer awareness, and work ethic directly influence how customers view an entire company. Based on this experience alone, I would have no difficulty seeing someone like Anthony successfully overseeing multiple locations. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

  Their policies are way different, which gave me a less than glowing experience. After having to work withsome of the other auto part stores in the area, I give it high marks, as compared to the competition.

  Terrible experience. Four guys standing around doing nothing, refused to return something I bought six days ago, then some kid named Carlos screamed the F bomb me as I walked out the door. I wouldn’t go here again if they were giving away free parts. Car Carlos needs to grow up and show respect for his elders. I’m almost 70.
