  Came in just to top off coolant due to a leak, Kelly and her crew were quickly able to help me identify the root of the issue. They had a part on hand and were able to get it fixed in a decent amount of time. I’ll be keeping this spot in mind for the future.

  I’ve had such a great experience with Brakes Plus! Kelly and her entire team have been incredibly helpful, honest, and professional while helping me with several issues with my car. They’ve always taken the time to explain what’s going on and walk me through my options. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to help. I would absolutely recommend Brakes Plus and will definitely be back!

  Luke was absolutely incredible today! Awesome service! He was diligent, kind, and overall just a very hardworking man! If it were up to me I’d raise his paycheck as high as I could (for today’s economy he definitely deserves it) I couldn’t be happier today! Couldn’t recommend enough

  Got off 16 hour shift and called the shop at 12pm for an “on the spot” oil change. I was told it would be started at 3pm, when I went in at 12:38pm the phenomenal crew were able to bump up my time to 2pm. They finished within a 30 minute window. However, I WAS told a little white lie (which I do not mind but) I was told a tire rotation was performed. Earlier this week I had done a tire patch repair job on the rear passenger side tire, when I checked for the patch job it was on the same side. That tire was not rotated as stated. Sorry guys, I have to call that one out. Never the less! Beautifully efficient crew with exceptional customer service. My 2024 Ram 1500 was left clean and parked right next to the door for easy access. Thanks boys! ( I also had the truck exhaust modified and heard the boys reving the engine, HA!) The manager, Kelly Vecchiarelli, also threw in some extra services on my truck with not only no extra cost, but also knocked down the initial price! Loved the energy and efficiency guys. Thank you all.

  went in there to get alignment when they finished and were goin to take it on a test drive the worker that was driving my veichel begin to speed thur the parking lot run a stop sign and my vehicle is loud i heard him hammering on it just to test drive it after an alignment and begin to confront him when he got back and denied it all when i clearly watched him so i wouldn’t bother taking a vehicle to them for anything that requires a test drive after cause they don’t seem to treat customers veichels correctly
