She's very hands on, has great communication, and helped me navigate the issues we encountered. Great customer service, I highly recommend doing business here.

Was having a super crappy day having car issues but then walking in and seeing a friendly face and being helped with a friendly staff and very personable. Thank you so much for being so kind I highly recommend this place. Not just for the friendly staff but the pricing was so acceptable.
- KPKenda PrestonJun 13, 20261.0I have used this location since it opened. I scheduled an oil change online. I always get a convential oil change. Always! I had a $15 off coupon. It took two hours to change my oil...two hours on a scheduled service! The gentleman that helped me was very nice however he had his signicant other in the shop along with their child. Super cute baby that captivated the work crew. When he rung me up for my conventional oil change he gave me $20 off instead of the $15. It came up at almost $90 bucks! A convential oil change is $49.99. I said that was wrong and he changed some things and charged me $46. I said that was wrong too. He simply said that was what it was...even with $20 off! I was so pissed off after a two hour wait on a scheduled oil change I just paid it. They charged me for an oil change plus without consulting me! Maybe if everyone wasn't playing with his baby they would have paid attention to the paying customer!
