  We’v service three cars at the Johnstown, CO Larimer Parkway location, and Levi, Jeff, Kelly, Luke, and Kelly simply don’t disappoint with their energetic and knowledgeable ways unique to each talent. This is a great crew, frontline, mechanics, & management. If I left someone out they likely fit the pattern. Without diminishing any crew member, I have to bring forward Jeff, the mechanic, who makes the magic happen, as well as Levi who gave me the confidence to return based upon his terrific attention to my grandson’s ‘07 Cadillac I brought in while he’s serving in combat against the Iranian theater of war. Levi was my first experience at Brakes Plus that kept me returning. To one and all: Cheers. I finally got this review submitted. Next time… Note: Google review is not easy for some like me to access and I recommend a corporate version - as it’s li,ely many want to review but never get there because of Google - so it’s a resulting biased sample on Google.

  I’ve been coming to this Brakes Plus location for just over a year and half now and couldn’t have had better experiences every time I’ve been in. Levi has been here every time I’ve been in and provided outstanding service. He does a great job outlining the necessary repairs and the recommended repairs that aren’t urgent to give you the option of getting them fixed right away or not. I also appreciate that they work to find coupons they are offering that they can apply to the work they do on your car even if you don’t know about them. Their customer service and maintenance has been great all around. So glad I found this location. God bless you all, Jesus loves you! Thanks so much for the great work you all do!

  Went in and was greeted right away with a fresh/clean smell which you don’t usually get at a place like this! I was given a free oil change card a while ago and decided to use it today and was happy when there was no hesitation to take it, I was nervous since it was a written out one. Kelly (Assistant Manager) was very sweet and turned on cartoons and gave my toddler a coloring sheet. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

  After calling 5 different shops to get my brakes done, and being quoted over $1000 at each one, I chose Brakes Plus for the price point. But after my experience I won't go anywhere else for my vehicle needs. Everyone was friendly and happy, the store manager was beyond amazing, and the no BS approach was a welcome change from other shops.

  I came in for an alignment and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect since it’s a bigger chain shop, but I had a really good experience. I was greeted right away and the communication throughout was solid. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything or push services I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The young gentleman up front who helped me was great, and I’d give him a shoutout by name but I’m terrible at remembering names. I’ll definitely be coming back to get my brakes done and I’ll be bringing my other vehicles in as well, especially my work van since it needs some suspension work. I’ll be recommending this place to others for sure.
