  There is a good reason I've never seen other EV's charging here (over a dozen visits). Over$38 for a single charge. Price per kw/h and fees are very high.

  You have to pay for gas inside so they can try to sell you something. You have to walk inside first to pay. You have to guess the exact amount of gas you want or you will be purchasing gas for the next person. Then you have to walk back inside to tell them to turn the pumps off again after you’re done so the next person isn’t getting free gas on your credit card. Why???? Every single other gas station you can simply pay at the pump with a credit or debit card but Pilot has decided they weren’t getting enough revenue so they made all their pumps only able to be turned on after you go inside and hopefully buy terrible junk food. I will never stop at another pilot gas station ever again! I would rather run out of gas than pay this company any money. I hope they continue to struggle and go out of business and get bought by someone who leaves their pumps on and doesn’t force their customers to come inside just to try to sell them junk when they just need gas.
