My car still had dirt and water spots after the wash, and it didn't look much cleaner than when I arrived. For what they charge, I expected much better attention to detail. There are plenty of other car washes that do a better job for less money. I won't be coming back!

It did a great job getting the dirt and bugs off, and the dryers worked better than most automatic washes I’ve been to. Everything was simple to use, and I’d definitely come back.

- KKKarinn KobackJun 26, 20261.0DO NOT go here. They purchased the previous car wash and raised rates on subscribers significantly without forewarning them. I canceled my subscription in person on site far in advance of when the next charge was due. They attempted to charge again. I blocked them and reported fraud on my credit card after I received double confirmation from customer service that my subscription was cancelled. They are now aggressively attempting to charge my card for varying (random?) amounts...3 times alone today. I have now reported them for fraud yet again. And drove to the car wash in person to speak with the manager who yet again confirmed my cancellation. This is a shady, dishonest business. Bad business practices. No phone number to call. Customer service email will ignore you. Just save yourself a huge headache and go somewhere else. Whistle is the worst.

As the employee on staff stated, "I'm certain it was the 'license plate cleaner' as we have seen this before." He was easy to work with and reported the incident to corporate. Unfortunately, corporate decided that after a "comprehensive investigation" it is not their responsibility and denied the claim and will not refund the wash nor pay for the $50 back up camera. Albeit not a major cost but would be nice if they showed some concern. it is clear that they have zero standards when it comes to working with customers or doing what is right. Will not be back and have canceled memberships.
