  Had a great experience at Whistlestop today. Unfortunately, I vacuumed up a key and Conner went above and beyond to get it out of the system for me. Excellent customer service!

  The one off of university the dryer for members barely works. Talked to the manager he says ya the members dryer side doesn't work well like the other side and the non member side rinser doesn't work well so you can come through again and go through non member. This has been going on for at least 3 months. So... I will go down the street and pay a membership fee to them with working equipment on both sides.

  Free car wash if I left a review. I’ve never had any problems with this car wash except the constant pressure to buy a membership. Car is clean and equipment always working.

  Whistle Express exceeded my expectations! Everyone I interacted with was professional and welcoming, and they clearly care about providing good service. The wash was thorough and my car looked noticeably better afterward. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Whistle Express to anyone looking for a solid car wash.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience and even worse claim handling. At the Santa Fe Drive Location: Before entering the wash, I specifically told the attendant that my Jeep had a roof rack and fly-rod carrier. He assured me that he activated the roof-rack setting designed to keep the overhead wash arm raised and directed me to proceed. The arm still came down, grabbed the carrier, lifted it off the roof, and caused the vehicle to jolt. I personally watched it happen through the windshield. The attendant acknowledged that the arm did not stay raised as intended. He then tried the setting again, and the equipment started coming down a second time, forcing them to stop the wash again. My roof-rack system and carrier were damaged, and one of the four rubber stoppers from the wind guard is still missing. I provided photographs, video, the control-screen evidence, and a detailed incident report. Instead of addressing the equipment failure or their employee’s statements, Whistle Express denied the claim simply because the damaged equipment was “aftermarket.” They did not meaningfully address why the arm came down after their employee activated the roof-rack control and told me it was safe to proceed. I had used this same wash multiple times with the same rack and never had an issue until this equipment failure. Their response has been dismissive, incomplete, and extremely disappointing. I would not trust this location with any vehicle that has a roof rack or rooftop accessory, and I would not expect fair treatment if their equipment causes damage.
