  NICK is AMAZING!! He took time out of his day to help me clean heavy spill in my truck. He was nothing but helpful and so sweet !!!!!! I love this carwash!!!!

  Great customer service thank you Martha and Alexis! My car is shining and my Mats are clean too! Been coming here for quite a while over a year these 2 individuals are always welcoming provid great service every time! Keep up the great work!

  Had a membership. It was ok, so I cancelled several months ago. Found I was still getting charged. Reached out to the customer service team and no resolution over 3 weeks later.

  Been using this location for years and during all the transitions to different business names. These type of washes are “good enough” and I often just consider them a spit shine… need a quick wash after a light rain, done. Take your vehicle up to Devils Head Lookout and it’s dusty, perfect. They’re not ever going to be a hand-wash level of clean but definitely good enough to get the car not looking a mess. If you’re concerned about swirls, streaks, or whatever, to your paint then don’t use any automated washes beyond touch free; that’s common sense right? Membership is definitely worth it if you plan to go more than once a month, make it a weekly thing. Takes 5 minutes to keep your vehicle clean. The vacuums are nice and strong. They offer window cleaner and interior spray with microfibers for every customer to use for free. Good floor mat cleaner available too. I’d also like to give a shout out to Jack. nice young man went above and beyond to scrub the side of my car where there was a particular type of mess (late night, head hanging out the passenger-side window, you get the drift). Anywho- thanks again Jack! Appreciate the extra effort 🤙🏽

  On August 4 I got a car wash, the whole car wash stopped moving and I was rear-ended by the car behind me. I have 2 small dents on my back bumper. A nice employee came out to see the damage and went back to tell manager. The so-called manager was so rude and came out yelling at me and said they have a video that shows the customer behind me was not in neutral and it was not their fault. I tried to speak to her and she WALKED AWAY when I was mid-sentence but yelled over her shoulder and changed her story to the other customer's fault because they "must have" accelerated. That customer was talking to me and said they also did not know what happened; it was out of our control and she had already left. I went into the building to talk to manager again. She immediately siad she could not provide me with the video or let me see it (which I did not even ask for). I asked her to provide me with that customer's name or license plate information and she said she could not do that and that I would have to call the cops and file a report. She then walked away from me a second time. I looked at several places online and it states that Whistle car wash do NOT have videos so she was lying!!! First of all if they were equipped with a videro why don't they check EVERY SINGLE CAR to be sure it is in Neutral????? How can they have a "Manager" who does not communicate with customers, but instead just yells at them and walks away? I have never had such poor customer service as this!!!! I was a monthly customer of High 5 and when it changed to Whistle they increased the cost by $8.00 with NO NO NO notice. I was trying to explain this to the so-called RUDE manager and she kept talking over me and just waked away saying I should have read the QR code that is posted at entrance for the cost. Why would I check the QR code for the cost when I am a monthly customer???? A "real" manager would have tried to be friendly and understanding and not have an attitude toward someone who got damage to their car; she did not want to accept any fault in the incident. I would love to talk to the manager or owner above her to express my great disappointment but the phone numbers don't allow you to talk to a real person. Needless to say, I am cancelling my monthly membership. EDIT I canceled my membership 9 days before it was due again and they state it only needs to be cancelled 5 days before due again or it will be charged but they CHARGED me AGAIN!!!!!!
