  Frustrating....Had insurance paid work order to replace damaged windshield. Service window was 8-12. Was not contacted until 12 pm on service date that tech was not coming. Rescheduled after talking to office, for a new date a week later, was promised that I would receive priority, would be 1st appointment for day. My windshield is badly damaged, time is of essence to get repaired. Fast forward, today is install day, nothing in the way of contact so far and now am 2 hours into service window between 12-5 pm. Called the local Highlands Ranch shop, they tried to reach tech but was told they can't connect, have to wait to figure out what is going on, that scheduling is handled elsewhere. After a lengthy wait, tech called me directly, said he can can't come until 430 or later. All in, have taken two two different days away from work to get this work completed unsuccessfully. Obviously doesn't seem like a consistent process and or well run business, is in my opinion mostly propped up by high demand/insurance paid, and doesn't prioritize customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere where the client experience seems more important.

  I had Ryan as my technician. He was amazing from beginning to end. Super nice, very professional and excellent communication skills. Kept me updated on when he was coming, what he was going to do, what he recommended and quick services. I was happy.

  Terrible experience, got a windshield replacement this summer and found a gigantic crack across it this morning. I couldn’t see any impact marks but the store said there was one there. I asked what the warranty covers and they said no impact. If that’s the case, Why get a warranty? If they don’t install it correctly or it’s bad material they should repair or replace it without warranty. The original windshield lasted 8 year through multiple hailstorms and this junk lasts three months. No help at all just offering full price replacement. I can find that elsewhere. Brittle piece of junk.

  It was an easy breezy thing to have to deal with! My time slot was 1:00-5:00. I thought great have to deal with this now all afternoon. Phone rang at 12:05 he was here at 12:10 called me less than 20 minutes later to say it was ready! Whaatt??? Went down to car he was cleaning all my windows had gotten every piece of shattered glass out of my car! He was quick, on time, and very thorough! Nice guy!

  Aug 10, 2026. Replaced cracked Kia Niro windshield at Highland Ranch location. Scheduling, payment, and service were easy, but.... 1. Technician left an air bubble where the instrument panel is glued to glass. 2. The automatic rain sensing stopped working after the repair 3. The small tube for a windshield liquid was left disconnected. Very sloppy job.... and, most frustratingly, it is impossible to reach a Safelite person on thr phone to discuss the issues and schedule a correction. The Safelite "warranty" seems to be a marketing lie.
