  I drive a vehicle that needed a special oil filter. They ordered it for me no problem and were able to get me in and change my oil the next day. Very friendly And professional staff.

  I was quoted $109 for an oil change but ended up being charged $129. While the difference isn’t huge, I would have appreciated better communication about the final price before the work was completed. The oil change itself appears to have been done correctly, but I was disappointed by the amount of oil left underneath the vehicle after the service. When I got home, oil dripped onto my garage floor, leaving a spot roughly 5 inches by 2 inches. After moving and re-parking the vehicle, there was additional oil residue left on my driveway. To be fair, this appeared to be leftover oil from the filter change rather than an active leak. However, in the five years I’ve owned this vehicle, I’ve never had an oil change leave enough residual oil behind to drip onto multiple spots on my property. I would have expected the area to be cleaned more thoroughly before the vehicle was returned to me. Considering the final price was higher than what my local dealership charges by $30, I expected better attention to detail. The vehicle is running fine, but the unexpected increase in cost and the cleanup I was left with made this a disappointing experience. Amendment: I sent two emails to the customer service email provided in the reply on this review and have received no response. I plan to never use Grease Monkey services in the future.

  Edited after Grease Monkey Response: I have no interest in reaching out but would like to warn future customers of dishonest practices. We were told we needed to replace our brakes and quoted around $1.5k and that we'd have to wait until Monday. We decided to get a second opinion and were very surprised to be told our brakes are perfectly fine (75-85% viability left) but that our struts were rusted and could snap any moment causing far more damage. They did the work for us by end of day. People do not need to experience uncertainty of if they are being told the truth. Especially with large chains such as this. Do better.
