Had to ask them to fill windshield wiper fluid again. My filter is bad (I checked before I brought it in) and they didn’t even notice. Didn’t know how to clear the tire sensor light. Service has been going downhill, I’ll be taking my car elsewhere next time.

Went in for a basic oil change. The service team was courteous and professional. The work was performed in a timely manner.

Not only have the price is doubled which I know is a issue for everyone however, I’m still driving around with the oil light on when I called the person on the other phone said to Google it or have a friend help me. I’m not a mechanic and why wasn’t it done right the first time? I’m a very busy person. I work A lot and I don’t have a lot of free time. I’m pretty Disappointed to say the least

Huge shoutout to Phil for not just an oil change, but catching me in the nick of time to get me new brakes! It was well worth the wait and price since he knows what he's doing. The one thing I recommend is bringing a book, as its going to take time to get this level of quality work done. Brembo brakes are seriously no joke.

Initial guy barely spoke, just told me to leave my vehicle there. Inside, same guy told me the “same recommendations were listed as last time” but didn’t tell me what they were or ask if I wanted to have any of them done. New guy checked me out for $40 more than usual, I asked him what was different, he said Grease Monkey has had several price increases since the last time I was there in January, no other comment or conversation. Both guys were super unfriendly and inconvenienced by my presence. The receipt says “vacuum interior completed “ but this is what i see. Will never go back to this location!!
