  Austin the manager and his crew did a quick, and efficient job with my wife's car. He recommended changing the air filter, which we did as it was due for it, and checked the belt per my request and gave me an honest assessment, which I appreciated very much. Everyone is very professional. We would recommend this store anytime!

  Charged me for a premium filter surcharge that doesn't exist for my car’s standard filter, plus an extra 0.1 quart of oil my engine shouldn't even hold. Nickels and dimes, but I don't trust them and over time it adds up for everyone. Unethical pricing tactics and incompetent service. Worse yet, during a previous visit, they completely destroyed my transmission when servicing and wrecked my vehicle to replace it.

  I came in for an oil change on Saturday, and Julian was so helpful from start to finish! I was way past my time due to have it changed. Julian recommended a treatment for high mileage cars and also something to clear up gunk from my being so behind schedule on the oil. Both really inexpensive add ons too. Besides the oil change, he let me know that they would be able to swap out both my front and rear wiper blades, and for a very reasonable cost! I had no idea that they could do that too! Also he topped off my tires and checked some other fluid levels and topped them off too! I was very pleasantly surprised that all of this was taken care of, and really quickly and for a really reasonable price too! I really appreciate Julian going above and beyond to help me keep my old Durango in good shape! I will definitely be back here again😊

  I had a defective oil filter installed earlier in the week that leaked. Called and spoke with assistant manager Friday afternoon, store manager called me back first thing the next day. Gerald the manager met me on Sunday (his day off) and resolved the issue, washed my car and got me back on the road. These guys are great and I will always bring all my cars to this location for service!

  I have been going to Grease Monkey for years and years. I specifically go to the Quebec location because Phil is fantastic! He takes time to explain the service recommendations and he is always honest and to the point. I trust him with my vehicles whole-heartedly!
