  Prompt service and superb customer service. They didn’t try to upsell me any extra services. They were able to help me replace a windshield wiper on the back of my car that I’ve had trouble finding other places.

  I scheduled an appointment online, and when I arrived, all I had to say was that I had an appointment. They immediately asked if I was J***, so it was great to see that all of the information I entered online had transferred to the shop. I was kept informed throughout the entire service. They got very busy while I was there, but they continued to provide updates on the progress of my vehicle. The waiting area was comfortable, and the air conditioning made the wait pleasant. The same service advisor helped me from the time I arrived through checkout, which made the experience seamless since they always knew exactly what was going on. I’ve been coming here for years, and one thing I really appreciate is their honesty. They showed me which filter actually needed to be replaced and which one didn’t, rather than trying to sell me unnecessary services. They explain the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance and let me decide without any pressure. If I choose to decline a service, there’s no hassle or repeated sales pitch. Honesty goes a long way, and that’s why I continue to bring my vehicle here.
