Each time, I have showed up without an appointment and they always take care of me immediately. I'm usually back out of the door in 15-20 minutes.

I have taken my vehicles to this shop multiple times and they always do what the promis without altering their estimated. They also did some inspections that did lead to more maintenance and it did prevent future issues, I really needed new rear brakes and they did allow me to inspect the worn parts. I will continue to make Gills Point S my primary shop and highly recommend them.
