I went to my local Big O Tires three times ( and they have a 4.9 rating…) and twice I really wanted to give them another chance. Long story short, they didn’t fix my problem (a vibration in the steering wheel) and did a very poor alignment - my steering wheel is now crooked. I had to spend a lot of time and effort going back and trying to fix their work. I then went to Gills Point S Tire to have my wheels balanced. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they did a great job. My steering wheel finally doesn’t vibrate and my ride is now much smoother! Thank you again - I will definitely be coming back!
