  I have been renting with Enterprise for years, and one of the reasons I continue to choose them is because their pricing is always just right compared to other rental companies. Along with the great value, the customer service I recently received from Kaela Fisch and Tori Williams made my experience even better. Kaela was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. While I waited for my car to be ready, she was very accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. What really stood out to me was when I returned the car, Kaela greeted me like she already knew me, which made the experience feel so personal and genuine. That kind of customer service truly makes a difference and is one of the reasons I enjoy renting with Enterprise. I also want to acknowledge her coworker, Tori Williams, who was just as sweet, kind, and pleasant. Both Kaela and Tori created such a warm and positive atmosphere, and their professionalism and friendliness did not go unnoticed. Thank you both for making my rental experience so enjoyable!

  At first when I went to pick up my rental, Kayla was given me a hard time. She was mad because I showed up 15 minutes early because my Uber got me there early, she proceeds to be an hassle, Asking for Leasing info and proper documents but I had prefilled out my info on the app the night before but wasn't good enough for her. After almost an hour of phone calls and back and forth emails, I got everything she wanted from my spouse and relatives. I had also Uber there to pick up rental. Anyways, I let that slide. Took my rental for a week and brought it back today. It's Kayla again. First thing she does is goes outside and inspect the truck for dents, right away she goes, I found hail damage but not consistent with hail damage patterns. Either way she writes up a claim for nothing. I took Pictures to show the supposed hail damage she sees but it's not hail damage all over like what you would see on a hail damage car. Her finger is in the photo pointing at one but clearly is not. The Employee here Kayla has no integrity, dishonest, and will treat you with disrespect. Very rude and unprofessional this location is. I hope DRU can resolve this because I love this company and don't want to leave this type of review but what happened today is not right and feels like I'm being targeted intentionality.
