  Very courteous professional & efficient. Car was great. Only complaint was car rentals at airport were sold out so costs of Uber to & from airport but Exotic was wonderful to help us in our travels !!

  The vehicle provided was pretty dirty. I was told they only rinse off the cars by hand with cold water. So I went straight to a car wash, at my own expense, and drove the car through. Afterwards, I dried off the vehicle myself, and really cleaned all the windows, both on the outside and particularly the inside. The windshield was streaky and dirty prior my cleaning. When I returned my rental, it was in a much cleaner condition than I received it.

  They were very accommodating and patient when I sat in their lobby for 2 hours on the phone with the insurance company. Reed and Kyler were the best! It made a stressful situation easier.

  Staff was amazing. I’ll give them a 5 star. Had the car for two months paid for by insurance. The car was challenging. But I think your staff needs to be recognized. Whoever cleaned it and checked under the hood. Not so much. I will rent again as this has never happened to me before.

  I had a last minute emergency pickup truck rental: i found cody to be very helpful. some of the other locations i've dealt with in the area were never as accommodating. this is definitely going to be my go-to location. thanks!
