  Apparently they are way too busy because I’ve been holding for 10 minutes so far to see if they found my prescription glasses in my dropped off rental. I guess I’ll keep sitting here wondering if their phones are even beeping or if they’ve turned them off. Sigh.

  ​Maliq and Jeff provided the most pleasant and straightforward car rental experience I’ve ever had. Maliq helped me swap out my rental in under 30 minutes after I ran over a nail a few days in, and Jeff even drove me to a nearby shop to retrieve my garage opener left in the returned vehicle. Extending my rental as needed was completely painless. I felt very cared for by this team, and I will be recommending them to anyone needing a rental. Good vibes! Thank you so much, guys.

  Have been dealing with Reed for a few years…I followed him to this location because he is the absolute best to work with! He is so kind and friendly and goes out of his way to make people happy! Everybody on staff at this location is wonderful. All super friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend

  Poor communications. I was emailed by this location that I had a confirmation for a rental due to a car accident. I responded back via email, but I received zero response back after the first response back from this location. Now, I am no longer able to get a rental as the insurance company has already finished their process of the assessment. I would advise if you are going to get a rental, chose a different location to contact as this location will not give you the time of day to respond back.

  I just rented a car and was not offered a free upgrade as I have in the past at other locations. The older gentleman who helped me offered the gentleman before me a free upgrade. I was the only non white customer and felt I was treated differently by this older agent. The other agent, a younger man was very friendly and much nicer. When I looked at the pricing, the compact car prices were the same as the car they rented to me. I will not be renting from this place again and will be contacting corporate. Also the car was not clean, it appeared to have been sitting for awhile
