- NGNilesh Gaonkar6 days ago1.0I am submitting this feedback to express my disappointment with my recent vehicle purchase experience. I chose Enterprise Car Sales specifically because a close friend purchased the same model and price range here and received a pristine, flawless vehicle. Based on that reference and your team’s assurance that the car had a clean title, no damage, and was in total clean condition, I trusted Enterprise. Unfortunately, my vehicle did not meet those standards: Windshield Damage: The windshield has a visible chip/damage spot that appears filled with glue/resin rather than properly replaced. When I pointed this out at delivery, I was told a mobile glass replacement technician would contact me by phone to schedule a repair/replacement at my location. Cosmetic Scratches: The exterior has multiple noticeable scratches across the body that were not disclosed beforehand and contradict the "clean/no damage" condition promised. Vehicle Detailing: The car was not properly cleaned or detailed prior to handover. Because this purchase is financed, I am committed to this vehicle, but the delivery condition fell far below what was promised. I understand this is a used vehicle. Thank you

- NMNancy MckayOct 7, 20261.0I purchased a used car from here that immediately started having problems and has cost $500. I cannot get anyone to help me. In addition they don't give an extra fob which costs A LOT! Poor and sneaky business practices . Impossible to get in touch with someone to actually help. Stay away.

- USUra ShchbeanAug 30, 20261.0Don’t buy from here! It’s a scam. They sell high mileage cars for market price. What a scam all sales reps at this store are complete amateurs. It is clear why they are working out in rental car sales dealership maybe train your employees so they don’t look like Such clowns good luck
