  The staff at brakes plus on West Broadway and highlands ranch parkway is amazing. I find them to be very friendly, helpful, annd professional. I have never had to take my car back. When they do the work you can depend on it. Also something that I really appreciate is I’m a woman and know nothing about automotive repair but if they tell me I need something done I know it needs done. Unlike many other places that tell me I need expensive work done and then brakes plus on west broadway tells me I don’t need that work done at all but instead I need something much lets expensive done which will fix the problem. I depend on them for all my automotive repairs!

  Always an easy experience at this location. The staff is super friendly, and i’m always treated with respect! Ryan has been the one to work on our vehicles and he always explains things easily enough for us to understand, and we truly feel valued. I will continue to bring them my business.

  I had an excellent experience at Brakes Plus! I was having issues with my breaks, they were grinding. So I headed to the nearest brakes plus and met Matt. Matt was incredibly professional on his explanation of what was wrong and what the process is to fix it. I talked to Dante on the phone and courteous from the moment they thoroughly diagnosed the problem, explaining everything clearly and providing a transparent quote before any work began. The repair was completed efficiently, and my car is now running perfectly. I truly appreciate their honesty and commitment to quality service. It's refreshing to find a mechanic you can trust.   Brian at the front was so kind! I got an alignment and it took a little longer than expected but he was so nice about it. He kept me updated on the status of my car and made sure everything went smoothly. You can tell Brian and the mechanics work hard and value their customers. Highly recommend for the customer service.
