- MTMustafa Tvrtkovic1 day ago5.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Marcus! I wanted to take a moment to recognize Marcus at Brakes Plus for the exceptional service he provided to my dad. My father is older, so it was especially important to me that he and his vehicle were well taken care of. Marcus made sure the entire experience was as smooth and comfortable as possible. There were a couple of hiccups toward the end that were completely outside of Marcus’s control, but instead of passing the responsibility along, he took ownership and went above and beyond to make things right. That kind of professionalism, accountability, and genuine care deserves recognition. In fact, I made a special trip back just to personally shake his hand and thank him for everything he did. That should tell you how much I appreciated his efforts! I’m even considering bringing another family vehicle to Marcus for an evaluation because he’s earned my trust and confidence. I strongly believe that people who go above and beyond their job responsibilities deserve to be recognized. Marcus is a perfect example of what exceptional customer service should look like. Thank you again, Marcus! I truly appreciate you taking care of my dad. Brakes Plus is fortunate to have someone like you on their team!
