  They are honest and have great integrity. I brought my car in for an inspection for the brakes and they told me my pads are great and don’t need to be replaced. They found a sensor cable that was damaged and replaced it at no charge. In this day and age, that was a shock

  Not the best location! This location will hire anybody! Had an encounter with an employee at the gas station next door to this location. I don't think I could trust somebody working on my car who doesn't know how to drive their car or the laws of the roads and has no problem committing battery. Some people didn't get out of kindergarten you don't put hands on other people! I sure hope corporate gets my complaint. Update: management asks me to email them about this situation I do and I let them know that their employee read this review and decided to use Brakes Plus customer data base to find my information and is now cyber stocking me and my family on social media to get me to meet her for a fight. Brakes Plus? Well they aren't doing anything about it! Not responding to my emails or providing the information I need for a restraining order to protect me and my daughter. What's the point of responding to my review about an assault and battery if you're not going to do anything about it??? Just goes to show you should not go to this company for your vehicle!!!! Oh and your information is not safe with this company if a disgruntled employee can look up your info to find your personal address!!! Great job Brakes Plus! You care about the review but not about the actual battery and harassment by YOUR employee. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Since Brakes Plus doesn't want to do anything about it I wonder if the attorney general would be happy to see this complaint about a massive data breach from a customer database that led to cyberstalking and threats of violence. Because that's on my list today since Brakes Plus is just going to post publicly on my review but ignore me privately I'll just go straight to the attorney general and the better Business bureau and file official complaints 😁 Have a blessed day! 2nd update! 3 weeks later Brakes Plus finally wants to talk about this situation only to deny their formal employee didn't use their database. Okay Brakes Plus if she didn't use the database to find my information and stock me why is she no longer an employee there??? That's okay I'm just going to file a lawsuit I'm going to call the better Business bureau and I'm going to make sure that they know Brakes Plus is fully aware of the data breach but is lying to me and gaslighting me trying to make me believe that's not possible then why did you fire Loki??? We'll see what my lawyer has to say when we subpoena your records have a great day 😁

  Purchased the premium brake package in December because my brakes were squeaking. I drive a lot so I have to make sure my vehicle is in top shape. A month later the brakes were squeaking again so I took it to another location. Turns out the guy who put my brakes on didn’t cut the rotors right so the other store had to replace them again. Very disappointed that someone else had to fix his shoddy work and I had to take more time off work to have my brakes serviced twice. Shout out to the location off Cottonwood in Parker who made it right. **** Update- Rich reached out to apologize and offered a free oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate them making things right.
