  Yet another person duped by their cheap Black Friday special. I have yet to have a good experience at this location or any Autowash location for that matter. Their 3 Automatic washes are constantly down leading to lines that sometimes wrap into the neighboring gas station. Self-Service washes missing some or most of their options. Just today alone they were out of foaming soap, mag chloride away, high pressure soap, foaming brush wasn't working properly, and ALL vacuums were "broken". Everything is ran through their app that barely works. QR codes don't generate, and is incredibly frustrating to use. Their customer service is very nice, and has been able to manually text me a QR code every time mine doesn't generate or I have an issue...Which has been literally every single time I have been here. If I were to get a wash outside of their customer service hours, I would be SOL. I will not be renewing after this billing cycle.

  Went to get a car wash this afternoon. Two of the three automatic wash bays were closed. Long line for the one bay that was open. Finally get inside and soap was much weaker than normal, could see through the soap bubbles. That's not unusually the case. Have been a long time customer, but I won't be back any time soon. Has really gone down hill.

  This location is absolutely garbage. Avoid at all costs. Half of the services on the manual side dont work. Foam spray, pre soak, well anything low pressure, and the high pressure only works for a few min then cuts out completely to the whole facility. Just avoid this one and goto Broncos parkway.

  I’ve been using autowash with their unlimited membership for a couple of years now - when I first started it was great and I even gave a glowing review back then for the dove valley location…. but things have gone seriously downhill. Car still dirty after a wash, parts of the wash not working… and the dryers?!? Forget about counting on those doing much. I still go here only because it’s the only touchless wash convenient for my location currently. But I’m always left with spots on my car, I do a detailing spray and wipe it down when I get home to finish the job. The vacuums are helpful sometimes but anymore I just vacuum at home, tired of barely functioning vacuums wasting my time. The staff are responsive but I’m so tired of complaining and getting a free wash I don’t use (I have unlimited so … ) why not just have working machines? Also it’s kind of a kick in the teeth they are now selling cheaper memberships for unlimited but I pay a price that has increased since I first started. New members get almost 1/2 off what I pay… not that it isn’t still a good deal in theory - but It’s like a veteran employee who built a company getting paid 1/2 what new employees get paid. Just Doesn’t sit right. You can see the other reviews - some are excessive but they aren’t completely wrong. All in all - it’s just good enough not to quit, but barely.

  Love the idea and the fact that they have a touch less automatic car wash, but it seems that everytime I go, 1 or 2 of the 3 bays are either under repair broken or just plain broken. Since I wrote this review, I went back to have my car washed in one of the bays that was being fixed the day before. Low and behold, everything worked except half of the drying fans. I realize this is petty and unimportant, but please try to be consistently better.
