I guess my expectations were too high for $18. I am not happy with the performance of the touchless wash vs the price. Pics speak for themselves.

The soap cannon was fantastic but the "high pressure" wash was not.

The do it yourself bays now have touch screen now, first time using this wash in a while and I won't be back, the touch screen stuck on first button could high pressure rinse at least it wasn't soap! My time kept running as I tried to just go back or get to stop kept saying kiosk not in service from time to time, couldn't find anyone around, finally got to respond and stop after 10 minutes of just spraying my truck once, truck was way worse off, waste of time and money no thanks.

I’ve been coming to this Autowash regularly since purchasing my Tesla because I prefer the self-service wash, but unfortunately the experience has become increasingly frustrating. On multiple occasions, I’ve pulled into a bay only to find it out of service. Even when a bay is operational, there are frequently wash options that don’t work or products that aren’t available—which is especially frustrating when you discover it in the middle of washing your car. I’ve also repeatedly encountered vacuums that are broken or simply don’t work. I completely understand that equipment occasionally needs maintenance and products can run out, but these issues happen far too consistently to feel occasional. I really like the self-service concept and would prefer to continue coming here, but the reliability of the equipment and availability of products really needs to improve.

I came by to get a wash during my lunch hour. I paid for a wash, scanned it, nothing happened and my app said wash completed. I bought another wash scanned it and nothing happened and it also said wash completed. I then had to get out of line call customer service and they were able to see the errors. They did not want to refund my second wash, wanted to give me a credit which I did not agree to. They did send a code so I was able to get the wash I paid for. Waiting in line twice, paying twice, wasting my time--poor. Customer service person got the job done but was not apologetic at all. Just finished my car wash. As others have noted, the dryer fan doesn't work hardly at all. This is my last time coming to Autowash. Bye! Reading through recent reviews, it seems that this place needs to get its act together.
