  **Worst car wash ever I’ve been coming here for about a year, and I have never once seen all three lanes working. There are three lanes, yet somehow there is almost always only one lane open, while the other two are out of service The lack of maintenance is honestly ridiculous\. Issues seem to take forever to get fixed, and it creates unnecessary long lines and wait times for customers\. If you’re going to have three lanes, keep the equipment maintained and make sure they’re actually available This place seriously needs to do better

  The idea of touchless car washes is great, but the execution is terrible. I use these car washes all the time, and I’ve never seen a single one where everything actually works. Sometimes it takes half a day just to wash my car, and the result is still disappointing. There’s either no foam, the dryer doesn’t work, or something else is broken. There’s always some kind of problem. Please focus on fixing and properly maintaining your car washes every single one of your locations has serious issues. Will there ever be a time when I can come wash my car without any problems? I understand having to wait when only one out of three bays is working, but then you finally pull into that one and it has issues too. It’s nothing but frustration and a waste of money.

  I’ve used this car wash for years because it’s convenient and I’m in the neighborhood, but my experiences since July have been extremely disappointing. I’ve used the car wash three times and each time I’ve had problems with hard-to-remove water spots. The first time, the equipment itself appeared to be struggling to provide adequate water/pressure. Afterward, even with the car manually dried, there were significant spots that were extremely difficult to remove. I brought it up to the attendant, who suggested using a different bay because the pressure was better. I was also given a number to contact regarding the issue. I eventually tried the wash again, hoping the first experience was just a fluke. Although the pressure was better the second time, I had the same problem with spots that were incredibly difficult to remove. For my third attempt, I used the automatic drive-through wash. I still had to dry the car myself afterward, and the same spotting issue remained. What makes this especially frustrating is that I’ve now given this location three chances to get it right. I’ve also taken the time to contact them and speak with a manager because I wanted to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the only resolution offered was another car wash. At this point, another wash doesn’t address the problem, especially when I’ve already had to come home and deal with the same issue after each of these experiences just to try to remove the spots. I’ve had the same issue on both of my vehicles. I’ve never experienced this problem with this car wash in the past, which is why the recent decline in quality has been so disappointing.

  I came by to get a wash during my lunch hour. I paid for a wash, scanned it, nothing happened and my app said wash completed. I bought another wash scanned it and nothing happened and it also said wash completed. I then had to get out of line call customer service and they were able to see the errors. They did not want to refund my second wash, wanted to give me a credit which I did not agree to. They did send a code so I was able to get the wash I paid for. Waiting in line twice, paying twice, wasting my time--poor. Customer service person got the job done but was not apologetic at all. Just finished my car wash. As others have noted, the dryer fan doesn't work hardly at all. This is my last time coming to Autowash. Bye! Reading through recent reviews, it seems that this place needs to get its act together.

  This used to be my go-to car wash. However, the past 4 times I have been there has been something different broken every time. I am no longer interested in paying full price when it seems there is no maintenance being done. It also feels like they are more interested in selling memberships than providing a consistent product.
