I received a quote after giving them my VIN and when I got there, I was told they quoted a non-power window, and the price went from $349 to $750. I told them Safelite was cheaper so they said they would price match. After installation, however, I was charged $50 too much so reminded them of the match. They "matched" then added a 2.4% processing fee even though I showed them the out the door price at Safelite was inclusive of all fees. They said they wouldn't take off the processing fee and the manager left. So, I traveled about 25 extra miles to pay $20 more than Safelite. Feels like a bait and switch, and I won't go back. Installation was timely and the window works, but I can see silicone in several spots on the bottom of the window and the glass has a small scratch in the upper right corner. The truck also has a scratch or two that it didn't have before the install. I have touch-up paint and can live with the rest but am really disappointed.

Absolutely outstanding experience. I had my 2012 civic windshield replaced as well as an eyebrow tint on the windshield. In total it was around $520 dollars a little pricier but it's the best money you will ever spend! Only issue was they forgot to reattach the windshield wiper fluid hose which is a super simple fix and totally understandable to accidentally forget.

I’ve used Advanced Industries a couple of times now, and both times they were very positive experiences. During my first appt. with them, I had them remove an eleven year old clear bra from the front of my VW Golf, and for another appt. I had them apply darker tinting to the two front widows on my Buick Encore. The hood of my VW Golf looks a lot better without the pealing clear bra on it, and the color matching for the tinting on my Buick windows matches perfectly with the rear factory tinted windows. Awesome workmanship! Both times when I dropped off the cars I chose to get an Uber back home. But if I had decided to wait it wouldn’t have been a problem at all. Both jobs were done in about an hour, and they have a very nice waiting area for customers to use. The staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly, and I thought the cost for both of the jobs I had done were very reasonable. If I have a future need for a service that Advanced Industries provides, I’ll feel very confident in hiring them again, and I’ll be sure to recommend them to friends & family!

Amazing tint job and PPF job done by the techs here. Lost a star for some bad miscommunication. I was told to bring in my car at 8am for the job and that it would be done 3pm -5pm. I call back after 5pm, and after having to deal with a very unhelpful and annoying AI assistant was connected with someone who told me that my car would actually have to kept overnight for the PPF to cure and for one last checkover. Would've been great to know that ahead of time. I was then told to come back the next day between 7am and 8am to get my car and that someone would be at the shop (everyone else was prepping for an event that day). I get to the shop, no one is there, and I have to argue with the AI again to get a hold of someone. Luckily, they were just down the street and were able to help me out.

This was our fourth window replacement at this facility and this last experience is why we will never go back! After getting the vehicle home our parking E-Brake button would no longer release the E-brake. After getting online and looking through all possible problems we figured out that something must have fallen inside the button during the installation. We immediatly called back to the shop and we spoke to one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered. It was all denyability on their part and didn’t even ask to see the vehicle again. They did nothing wrong and we must have done something in the time we picked the vehicle up until we got home. I immediatly took the vehicle over to the local Honda dealership where they proceeded to inspect what had happened and agreed that something had fallen and jammed the button during installation. They tried to unjam it but could not. My only other option was for them to take apart the column and see if they could get to the underside of the button but there was a good chance we were going to have to put a new button in. That’s another $350.00! I had been approached by the owner who handed me his card while sitting in the waiting room during installation. I texted him directly when these problems arose. I have yet to hear back from him or anyone else in the shop. The button is getting fixed next week. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for any work, and especially recommend that that if you are a female do not set foot in this shop. This is a major boys club and when things don’t go right they work on intimidation and arrogance, and their egos barely fit in the building. We won’t be back!
