  I came in for rock protection on front windshield. Had to replace windshield at least once a year due to rocks. Advance Industries were able to get me in at a reasonable timeframe, work was completed much quicker than I thought. 2 weeks out, so far so good. Getting rock protection is similar to the deductible for a windshield replacement. I would recommend to anyone living in the state of Colorado

  My first impression of this shop was great but that changed quickly when I started experiencing issues with an aftermarket windshield that was installed. Initially I was able to schedule an appointment at ease and was told that an aftermarket windshield would be placed but not to worry as there would be no issues and it would be a cheaper option. Replacement went well and I was happy at first, however fast forward two months and my windshield wiper fluid stops working. I took my car back to the dealership and the technicians said it was because the windshield was aftermarket and not OEM and therefore causing defrost heat to overheat the fuse and cause it to blow. From there took my car back to Advance industries and was told from their technicians that the dealership has no idea what they are talking about and there is nothing that could possibly cause a fuse to blow from the windshield installation. They sent me back to the dealership. The dealership then asked me to leave my car for a whole day to run tests and figure out the problem. The problem….aftermarket windshield causing the defrost heat to overheat and pop the windshield fluid fuse. I reached back out to advance industries and was told they “could replace the windshield with an OEM windshield but it would be more expensive”. I had to involve my insurance again and re-open the old claim only to find out my insurance covered the OEM windshield in the first place and was asked by my insurance why the OEM windshield was not initially placed? Great question. Fast forward to the OEM windshield installation. Dropped my car off and was texted when it was finished. I kindly asked if there was anyway they could replace the blown fuse while my car was in the shop and was rudely told that my insurance informed them to do nothing but the windshield which was a lie. After the OEM windshield was installed I had to take my car back to the dealership…AGAIN….. to have the fuse replaced. With the OEM windshield I have had no more blown fuses. I thought I had found a great shop and was excited to refer friends and family in the community but now I will be doing the opposite.

  Overall the installers very nice the job was messy the glass is still everywhere on the dash board on the seat. They also left without verifying if the door handle was functioning. I get in my car drive home and find out my door will not open. The handle is non functioning. I call them up immediately. The response was can you roll down your window to open the door. I am already on I-25 with traffic. I can head out tomorrow morning and fix that for you. He did apologize, As I attempt to open the door after rolling down window. Low and behold I get a tiny sliver of glass on my hand. NOT HAPPY.
