He never showed or mentioned any damage to my husband the actual driver. Later, SIXT claimed a 4 inch scratch. Even more surprisingly, I found another recent review at this same location reporting a 4-inch scratch after their rental. What a coincidence!! Customers should be extremely careful and video the entire car. This feels like an outright scam！！ I will consult with my attorney, file a formal complaint with the BBB, and publicly document this experience on social media and consumer review platforms.
