I gave two stars for the friendly and helpful staff (they work long hours standing in the heat and also help you pay before going through the wash), but the wash itself consistently leaves my car with dirt/dust all over the back, bugs remain on my windshield, and there is still gunk on the paint of my car. I’ve voiced this to the manager on duty (and also cancelled a membership I had here early on) and no one seems to take this feedback as steps to improve. The Dutch Car Wash in Aurora is 8min away from this location and infinitely better. Save yourself the time, money, and stress by supporting a car wash that will actually wash your car.

The process was quick and convenient, but it may have been a little too quick. Unfortunately, it didn’t remove all of the bugs from the front of the vehicle, and there wasn’t any pre-treatment or hand spraying with a pressure washer before entering the wash. For a staffed, full-service car wash, the experience felt much more automated and overpriced than I expected. Overall, it was convenient, but based on the cleaning results, I’m not sure I would choose this location again or recommend it. Way too pricy for what you actually get.
