  Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone expecting professionalism or respect. During my earlier visit, the staff were disorganized, careless, and clearly not trained to handle customers properly. There was no sense of respect or communication just confusion, attitude, and a lack of basic customer service. Instead of helping or even acknowledging people properly, employees acted like customers were an inconvenience.

  I'm reviewing King Soopers for one reason. Everyone gos to Wal-Mart for the most part for lower prices, but that's not always the case. King Soopers will beat them in the meat dept. because of their BOGF every time. And the quality is better! Need meat , go to King Soopers, better deal .

  There is a rude lady inside who, after I told her the debit/credit card POS on the air machine was not working, told me that I was doing it wrong and reluctantly exchanged $2 in quarters. After I ran out of time I had to go back in to ask for more change. I told the lady I tried a second card and it still didn't work. She ignored me and a nice gentleman helped me while the lady sat listening to our conversation and then making commentary in a foreign language instead of offering help. I told them two more times that the debit/credit POS is not working and neither of them acknowledged what I said so I just walked out. I will never come back here not even for gas. Rude, miserable employees. My advice to you: life is short. Don't spend it doing a job you hate.
