- GHGenevieve HartMay 24, 20261.0I recently witnessed an incredibly disturbing and toxic situation at this location that completely crossed the line and could not stay quiet. The store manager was openly screaming at and degrading another employee—who appeared to be a fellow manager—right in the middle of the store. They called them "stupid" and were yelling loudly enough for multiple customers to clearly hear. The employee was visibly extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, right after the screaming, I watched this same manager walk over to another employee and start pointing and laughing at the person they had just yelled at audibly calling them “stupid” yet again. It is one thing for a manager to lose their temper, but actively gossiping, pointing, and mocking an employee with other staff members is pure bullying. It creates a toxic, hostile work environment and is a disgusting display of high school-level maturity from someone in a leadership position. Several customers in the store were visibly shocked, and one even mentioned they wouldn't be coming back. It’s highly unprofessional, and I cannot in good conscience support a business that allows this kind of workplace degradation and harassment with zero repercussions. I will be taking my business elsewhere until this management issue is addressed and I highly recommend you to do the same. Staff deserve a safe, respectful workplace, and customers shouldn’t have to witness that level of hostility. ETA: They hid this almost immediately so I will b having other people repost this review alongside me until the situation is PROPERLY addressed. I have also emailed customer service twice and will be directly contacting HR if I see nothing resolving this by the end of the day.
