Even though I was the first appointment of the day they lied about how they were actively working on my car but it was sitting in the parking lot for 5 hours before they even got started on it. Didn't give me any training on the device and had to beg one of the employees to show me how to use it. Also, they didnt go through the packet with me like they were supposed to, to make sure all documents I needed were signed, I had to go back the next day so I could get the signatures I need. I understand that installing this device are the least of that companies concerns, but the lack of respecting a appointment, lying about the status of my vehicle as well as not teaching me when its supposed to be required and rushing to "deal with me" to get me out of there and not finishing the important documents is not okay.
