  Called local office on Friday about picking a rental up Sat a.m. and was told no problem.-just come on in. As we were there as they opened, their front desk customer service was terrible; they were unfriendly, seemed unprofessional and confrontational and unhappy to see us as they stated there would be no rental w/o an online reservation. They were overbooked and snooty, no offer to call us if/when rental became available, etc. Car lot had a rental sitting in almost every parking spot, so unsure why none available as they are only open from 9-12 on Sat.. On a previous visit we reserved a pickup and yet when we arrived none had been brought to our location for us. Four main beefs we had today, their reservations system overbooked, uncharacteristic non-professional customer service for this location, had they told us chance of picking up rental on Sat a.m. was unrealistic we would have picked up on Fri., and last of all, it sucks for rental returns that they are closed on Sun.and holidays.

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This location put my 80 year old grandfather in a life threatening situation and then brushed it under the rug instead of doing something about it. Sam is the manager and he's very unprofessional. I do not recommend coming here at all, take your business elsewhere!!

  Worse place to rent a car. If you care about your safety do not rent from this company! This entire experience has shown a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and concern for customer safety. Enterprise failed us at every level. I would strongly warn anyone considering renting from them to think twice before trusting this company with your safety or your money and the manager Sam did nothing to help.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Enterprise. We rented a vehicle expecting it to be safe and reliable, but instead we were given a car that broke down and left us feeling completely unsafe and stranded. This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and put us a very dangerous situation. What makes this even worse is how the situation was handled afterward. The manager Sam is a very unprofessional and rude person to deal with. Not only were we denied a proper refund for a vehicle that was clearly not fit to rent out, but we are now being charged even more. It is unacceptable to expect customers to pay extra after being provided with an unsafe, unreliable vehicle. I expected much better customer service and accountability from a company like Enterprise. Renting a car should come with trust that the vehicle is properly maintained and safe to drive. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Enterprise to anyone.

  Sam has zero ethics or compassion. Do not ever use this location or company. Their vehicle left us in a life threatening situation on the side of a mountain. We immediately had to return the vehicle to the nearest location while in limp mode. Took over a week for anyone to contact us and then wanted to charge us extra. After decades of buisness they brushed our life threatening situation under the rug. Horrible experience. We want our money refunded!!
