Terrible experience and unprofessional. It seems like everyone is not on the same page. They tell you one thing and then another person tells you another. I ask for help or other options, Sam who I spoke to on the phone, hung up on me. Lost a rental because of him. Don’t rent a car here, try another location!! They will give you a hard time and waste your time.

Never come here to rent a car. We showed up expecting a normal rental experience. Walk in, speak to someone, get the car, and leave. Instead, we entered what felt like a poorly organized social experiment designed to see how long customers could stand around before completely losing their minds. There was barely anyone at the desk. Employees were running around in every direction like chickens during a fire drill, yet somehow nobody was actually helping anyone. People would appear, disappear, walk past us, avoid eye contact, look extremely busy, and then vanish again. It was honestly impressive how much movement was happening while absolutely nothing was getting accomplished. We waited for hours and were ignored so completely that I started wondering whether we had become invisible. Nobody explained what was happening. Nobody gave us an estimated wait time. Nobody asked what we needed. Nobody even seemed surprised that customers were standing there trying to rent a car at a car rental business. At one point, I checked to make sure we were actually in the right building because the staff acted like our presence was completely unexpected. We were trying to rent a car, not walk into a dentist’s office and order a cheeseburger. The desk stayed empty for long stretches of time while employees continued running around in the background like they were trying to solve a national emergency. Every few minutes, someone would pass by, glance in our direction, and continue walking as if making eye contact might legally require them to help us. The level of disorganization was almost artistic. It looked like a group project where nobody knew who was in charge, nobody had read the instructions, and everyone assumed somebody else had already done the work. There seemed to be no system, no communication, and no urgency whatsoever. Hours passed. Not a few extra minutes. Actual hours. We had enough time to rethink the trip, rethink the reservation, rethink our life choices, and seriously consider whether walking to our destination would be faster. We probably could have watched several tutorials, ordered car parts, and assembled our own vehicle in the parking lot before anyone helped us. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of communication. A simple explanation would have made the situation slightly less ridiculous. Instead, we were left standing there with no updates, no answers, and no idea whether anyone planned to help us at all. We eventually left with no car, no useful explanation, and several hours of our lives permanently gone. The only thing this place successfully provided was confusion, frustration, and a new appreciation for businesses that actually acknowledge their customers. We arrived looking for transportation and left feeling like we had completed a psychological endurance challenge. This was not a car rental experience. It was an immersive journey through chaos, silence, poor communication, and complete organizational collapse. Avoid this location. The staff ignored us, the desk was unattended, the entire operation appeared completely disorganized, and we wasted hours waiting for absolutely nothing.

I had reserved a pickup truck, went to pick it up and they didn't have it or anything larger sized. But, first they told me it was all good and made me wait there for 2 hours before telling me they had nothing. I had never dealt with this level of nonsense before. I can't imagine the need to make me stay for 2 hours when they didn't have the vehicle I had already reserved. TL;DR do yourself a favor and go anywhere else
