But, first they told me it was all good and made me wait there for 2 hours before telling me they had nothing. I had never dealt with this level of nonsense before. I can't imagine the need to make me stay for 2 hours when they didn't have the vehicle I had already reserved. TL;DR do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

People were walking in an out and getting their cars and I told them I was good with any kind of vehicle but still let me waiting over an hour. I still left without a rental. They need new management or more training for sure.

They put me in a car that didn’t fit me very well so I came back the next day and they made an extra effort to get me into a car that fit me better so that I felt safe to drive. In particular, Sam was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to help me. Thank you.
