Had to take truck back again for a caliper problem after brake job and the rotors were bent they said. They told me my wheel bearings were bad on front. If I didn’t fix them my rotors would get bent again. Um….no. I took truck to Olsons in Torrington Wy where we just moved to and they said it was a ball joint making my tires wear. That saved me $1300 estimate for wheel bearings and $400 ball joint and 4 wheel alignment. Sheesh

We initially made an appointment, I would say Wednesday of the week before, so 6/17. We requested a simple oil change and a hose to be looked at for maintenance. They looked at it before, so figured why not take it there since they know what to work on. Upon arriving, I got told if I was going to wait for the car, yes, it shouldn’t take long so I figured why not. I’m not quite sure I understand how the queue works when it comes to online appointments, our original planned appointment was set for 10AM on the 20th. There were roughly two others that walked in after me and they got bumped up in front of my schedule. Is it really necessary to inconvenience someone because you feel the lack of empathy and respect to that customer, that a higher pay labor work walks in and you figure that’s the one I should do? I understand, meeting quota and certain numbers make the store stand out, but I never got notified of how long it will be done, why it was taking roughly close to an hour and half for my car to even be pulled into the bay. We had to cancel our original trip for that weekend due to this and in the end, it seemed like they didn’t care, cause why would they, when that person is already out the door. If you need something simple done, I would either recommend going to a shop that does walk ins. It was a waste of time time all together. I for one don’t like to waste anyone’s time or money, I know where worth is valued abd customers are put first.

I had a great mechanic replace the front tie rods on my honda, and I had to get an alignment. I took it to these people to have an alignment done and they said that the only thing wrong with it is the camber bolts need replaced but they could do an alignment at that time and then I would just have to bring it back to get the camber bolts replaced before 3000 miles so they can warranty the alignment. So I had them do the alignment and as soon as I left I felt alot of play in the front end that wasn't there before I dropped it off, so I just figured it was play in the camber bolt. I took it back after about 2000 miles and told them what it was doing and had them replace the camber bolt and another alignment and they never once mentioned there was anything wrong with it. After I left it was still very bad. I took it in today and now they are saying a control arm boot or bushing is bad and they didn't cause the damage. My question is, would a reputable mechanic do an alignment of the control arm is bad? And if it was so bad before they did the first alignment, why didn't they say something about it. Now they don't want to fix it and I know they broke it. I wouldn't recommend this place. According to Google it says a control arm bushing can easily be damaged during the process of repairing the camber bolts. To the owner who responded! I am very unsatisfied with my services there. I use my vehicle for work and I expect my car to leave your facility fixed, not worse than it was before.

Terrible experience at this location. I called in to see if they had time to replace my rear brake pads & rotors and they said sure thing we have time drop your car at 1pm and we will get it done today. Twenty minute before they closed the shop at 6pm I get a phone call from a woman at the shop who said sorry, but they haven't even looked at my car they ran out of time to do any work on it and that I had 20 minutes to get to the shop before they close the door on me and I would be without my car until the next day... SAY WHAT!! THEY HAD THE CAR FOR 5 HOURS AND I LIVE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN AND HAD FAMILY MEMBERS GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GIVE ME RIDES TO THIS SHOP FOR SERVICING. THEY JUST WASTED MY TIME AND WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY WITH MY CAR JUST SITTING IN THEIR PARKING LOT. Their attitude was not our problem and we don't care. They took no responsibility for their mess up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop or just drive to the Johnstown location.
